On today's episode, I invite, Summer Rigtrup, Connection Coach! Summer coaches mom's who want to be their true authentic selves. Summer and I discuss what brings true fulfillment to us as mothers, whether that be working from home or going back to work. There are so many things that can bring true fulfillment to us, but it is a matter of knowing and understanding what it is that we deeply want for ourselves. What do we want to offer to the world. At the end of the day, we are mothers, and being a mother is such a fulfilling role. We are also women, whose passions can extend outside of the family dynamic. It is possible to have both. Summer shares some amazing tips on discovering or re-discovering your passions. This is such a powerful episode because both Summer and I have both been stay-at-home moms and although that particular path did not suit us, we were able to go out and discover what passions we do have within that allow us to maintain balance for us. On today's episode I invite Taly Elbaum onto the show! Taly is a Certified Life and Dating Coach for single women. And as a single woman myself, talking with Taly brought so much great insight into the mindset of dating and relationships, especially during the times with COVID going on. Taly shares some amazing mindset shifts if you are in the world of dating and possibly struggling, however, I do believe that her strategies around mindset can be applied to any relationships that we have with others such as if you are married, already in a relationship. How we view dating as single people, will really be a product of how we view the experience. Taly brings to the table to look at dating from the perspective of what can you gain from the experience and not simply what you can give. I loved talking about this topic with Taly because as a single woman myself, I know where I also need to make room for a different perspective of how I date and I absolutely adored her beautiful insights. If you would like to learn more about Taly, check her out on social media at: instagram.com/wellbee_coaching You can really Taly directly if you would like to inquire about her offerings: taly@wellbeecoaching.com Today's reminder, start thinking about what your expectations are. If you are dating, what are the expectations you want from this experience, and think about this from a space of what could go right? If you are in a relationship, what are your expectations from your current relationship, and what can go right in your relationship with the expectations that you are setting? I encourage you all to write these expectations down on paper and really think it through. Once you have it down on paper you can start to reflect if these expectations are what you are really wanting out of your experiences. Let me know what you thought of this episode!!
