É uma constante de trabalhadores de diversas áreas na nova configuração do mundo profissional. Agora, o que fazer com essa sensação e a exaustão do trabalho sem fim? É sobre isso que a psicológa e coach Taly Jaya Szwarcfiter fala nesta edição do Podcast da Semana. Psicóloga pela Universidad de La República Oriental Del Uruguay e pela Universidade Paulista, e coach pela escola chilena Newfield Network, Szwarcfiter acredita que o ponto de virada para o jeito como encaramos o trabalho foi a pandemia. Para ela, ainda estamos nos ajustando e, se há essa sensação de que a vida é só trabalho, angústia, se está difícil se sentir presente, é preciso impor limites. "Sempre vai ficar algo para amanhã. E tudo bem", afirma. Ela fala sobre o volume de trabalho e como fazer para gerenciar tantas obrigações. "Temos grande dificuldade de discernir o que é urgente do importante. Às vezes a diferença está numa respiração que você dá antes de enviar um email." A psicóloga, que tem experiência clínica e corporativa, comenta como o mercado de trabalho, cada vez mais exigente, tornou as empresas lugares mais hostis e como é importante lembrar que as corporações são feitas de pessoas e que os trabalhadores são humanos e diferentes. Lembrar disso é entender melhor, por exemplo, o tão comentado conflito de geração. "Todas essas agendas de diversidade nos colocam frente ao espelho", diz. "Aprender a se relacionar é fundamental para uma carreira. Sempre foi, mas hoje cada vez mais."
