In this episode I talk a little bit about a small mental technique that can improve your productivity and habits in your everyday life. In order to achieve greatness, one must focus on improving each day, winning the day.
I find we often focus on the final destination of who we want to be, but I also have came to realize that this takes away from our happiness in the present moment. I believe that life is really about enjoying who you are now, enjoying the journey... the journey is taking small steps everyday in the right direction, the journey is when you become the person you want to be.. so learn to embrace it, learn that you aren't going to be your best right now, you aren't suppose to have it all figured out right now... but what you do have to figure out, is the direction you want to head it!
