Set an alarm between 60-90 minutes to effectively lock into a flow state to lock in. If you don't have a planner already outlining your day, get one! The One I Use Manage Your Attention “What we think about we bring about” We have 20,000 opportunities a day to be psychologically present. Give yourself less items and options to focus on by Decluttering Cleaning your dojo Practice minimalism Manage Your Direction Continual growth and education is a must Whether this is educating yourself on how you think Or the area that you operate in and serve from, We must be growing and advancing bit by bit each day. The best way I do this is by reading at least 20 pages or 20 minutes per day. The average nonfiction book is between 300-350 pages. With this practice I am able to read at minimum 24 books per year. I am able to learn more, do more and serve at higher levels.
