Lisa shares powerful insights and we talk about nervous system regulation, emotional self-control, and why becoming grounded—not defensive—is one of the most important things you can do.We also dive into parenting plans, custody agreements, and why iron-clad legal wording matters when dealing with high-conflict co-parenting situations. If you are navigating divorce, separation, custody battles, narcissistic abuse, or emotional abuse involving your children, this episode will help you feel seen, prepared, and empowered.Inside this episode: • What parental alienation actually looks like • Abuse by proxy and how children are used for control • Why reacting emotionally can work against you • Nervous system regulation during high-conflict co-parenting • How to respond when your child pulls away • Parenting plans and custody agreement mistakes to avoid • Protecting yourself emotionally and legallyThis conversation is honest, practical, and deeply important for anyone trying to parent through emotional abuse. If this episode resonates, make sure to grab my book Hack Your Mind, Heal Your Heart for deeper healing and subconscious reprogramming after emotional abuse.Connect with LISA JOHNSON & the BTGO team here: https://beentheregotout.com/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/been_there_got_out/Get Lisa & Chris's Book: https://a.co/d/09VuyuWKUse this link to apply for a free root cause call todaySupport the showTo learn more about my Programs, Course, and Offers visit the website:www.radiatenrise.comSupport Email: Allison@radiatenrise.comTo send a DM, visit Allison's profiles on Instagram and Facebookhttps://www.instagram.com/allisonkdagney/https://www.facebook.com/allisonkdagney/*Formerly (The Emotional Abuse Recovery Podcast)

Leave a text or voice message so we can respondWhat actually happens in the brain after emotional abuse—and why can healing feel so difficult even when you know the relationship was unhealthy? In this episode, I'm sharing a conversation from my recent appearance on Chantal Contorines' podcast, The Survivor's Playbook. Chantal is a high-conflict divorce and recovery coach who supports people navigating the complicated reality of leaving toxic or emotionally abusive relationships.Together, we dive into the science behind emotional abuse recovery, exploring why the brain often continues replaying painful relationships long after they've ended and what needs to happen for real healing to begin. In this candid conversation, we discuss:• What emotional abuse does to the brain and nervous system • Why people often experience rumination, overthinking, and mental loops after a toxic relationship • The subconscious patterns that can keep someone emotionally stuck • Why leaving an unhealthy relationship is rarely as simple as people think • What it actually takes to retrain the mind and begin healingWe also talk about ideas from my upcoming book Hack Your Mind, Heal Your Heart, which explores how subconscious programming shapes the way we think, react, and stay attached to painful relationship patterns—and how those patterns can be interrupted so real change can happen. This episode is an honest, informative conversation between two women working in the world of emotional abuse recovery, trauma healing, and personal growth, sharing insights from the work we do with clients every day.If you're navigating the aftermath of a toxic relationship, struggling with rumination, or trying to understand why your mind keeps going back to the past, this conversation will help you see what's really happening beneath the surface. You can learn more about Chantal Contorines and her podcast The Survivor's Playbook by searching for her online or on your favorite podcast platform. The Emotional Abuse Recovery Podcast

Have you ever looked back at a relationship and wondered, How did I stay so long when I knew something wasn't right? In this episode, we're unpacking a powerful truth that many people struggle to admit: intelligence does not protect you from toxic relationships. In fact, the very qualities that make someone thoughtful, capable, and self-aware can sometimes keep them stuck longer. We explore why smart, self-aware people often stay in unhealthy or emotionally abusive relationships, including how empathy, problem-solving, overanalysis, and a deep desire to understand others can unintentionally keep you trapped in difficult dynamics. You'll learn how the brain's need for explanation, closure, and resolution can create powerful mental and emotional loops, and why understanding the relationship isn't always enough to break free from it.In this episode, we discuss:• Why intelligent, capable people stay in toxic or emotionally abusive relationships • The role of subconscious programming and attachment patterns • How overthinking and analysis can keep you stuck in relationship loops • Why intermittent reinforcement makes toxic dynamics so hard to leave • The difference between understanding your patterns and actually changing them • How to start identifying the deeper beliefs and emotional patterns that keep pulling you backIf you've ever struggled with rumination after a breakup, emotional abuse recovery, toxic relationship patterns, or trusting yourself again, this episode will help you understand what's really happening beneath the surface. We'll also touch on ideas from my upcoming book, Hack Your Mind, Heal Your Heart, where I explain how subconscious patterns shape the way we think, react, and stay stuck in relationship cycles—and what it actually takes to interrupt those patterns so you can move forward with clarity and self-trust.If you're ready to stop overanalyzing the past and start changing the patterns that keep repeating it, this episode is for you. Keywords: toxic relationships, emotional abuse recovery, why smart people stay in toxic relationships, trauma bonding, rumination after breakup, relationship psychology, subconscious patterns, narcissistic relationships, healing after emotional abuse, overthinking relationships, break toxic relationship patterns, trust yourself again, personal growth podcast.Support the showTo learn more about my Programs visit the websitewww.radiatenrise.comEmail: Allison@radiatenrise.comFree 30 Min Root Cause CallJoin Radiate and Rise Together - Survivor Healing Community for Women GET YOUR FREE AUDIOTo send a DM, visit Allison's profiles on Instagram and Facebookhttps://www.instagram.com/allisonkdagney/https://www.facebook.com/allisonkdagney/*Formerly (The Emotional Abuse Recovery Podcast)

Venting can feel good in the moment—but what if constantly talking about your pain is actually keeping you stuck? In this episode, we're diving into the hidden dangers of co-rumination—the cycle of repeatedly discussing problems, betrayal, stress, or emotional wounds with others in a way that reinforces pain instead of helping you heal. While validation and support are important, constantly rehashing the same experiences can strengthen rumination loops, increase anxiety, and train your brain to keep searching for more evidence of the hurt. You'll learn how co-rumination affects your mental health, nervous system, and even physical well-being, why it can create an addictive cycle of temporary relief, and how it can quietly halt your healing after emotional abuse or difficult relationships. We'll also talk about something most people never consider: how therapy sessions, coaching, or conversations with friends can unintentionally become co-rumination if the focus stays on repeating the story rather than creating real movement and change.Inside this episode, you'll discover:• What co-rumination is and why it feels so validating • How repeated venting can strengthen rumination and emotional loops • The role of the brain's Reticular Activating System (RAS) in keeping you focused on pain • The mental and physical health impacts of constantly reliving stressful experiences • Signs your therapist, coach, or support system may be reinforcing the loop • Practical ways to set boundaries, shift beliefs, and interrupt the cycleIf you've ever felt stuck replaying conversations, overanalyzing the past, or needing to vent about the same issue over and over just to get relief, this episode will help you understand why—and what to do instead. We'll also touch on ideas from my upcoming book, Hack Your Mind, Heal Your Heart, where I break down how subconscious patterns, rumination, and repetition shape the way we think, feel, and react—and how to interrupt those loops so real healing can begin. If you're ready to stop rehearsing pain and start creating real change, this episode is for you. Keywords: co-rumination, rumination, emotional abuse recovery, trauma healing, toxic relationships, nervous system healing, overthinking, venting addiction, mental health, subconscious patterns, stop rumination, relationship trauma, healing after abuse, personal growth podcast.BOOK LIST: www.allisonkdagney.comSupport the showTo learn more about my Programs visit the websitewww.radiatenrise.comEmail: Allison@radiatenrise.comFree 30 Min Root Cause CallJoin Radiate and Rise Together - Survivor Healing Community for Women GET YOUR FREE AUDIOTo send a DM, visit Allison's profiles on Instagram and Facebookhttps://www.instagram.com/allisonkdagney/https://www.facebook.com/allisonkdagney/*Formerly (The Emotional Abuse Recovery Podcast)

Are you looking for a truly transformative focus for Lent? What if I told you Tara, the female Buddha, is the perfect guide for you this Lent? The book Tara – the Liberating Power of the Female Buddha: 22 Meditations to Heal Ourselves and Repair Our World by Rachel Wooten, is the book I'm reading and recommending this Lenten season. Tara will help you to prioritize yourself and your spiritual practice time, and heal the things that make you put yourself last. In this episode, I share the miraculous story of Tara, who was told she could not be enlightened in a female body, and who swore she would not only do so but would work to help all beings become enlightened! This miraculous book illustrates the 21 aspects or manifestations of Tara, each of which has a focus to help empower you to overcome inner obstacles to enlightenment. I know this book will be an invaluable guide for you, whether during the Lenten season or anytime you read it. PS - If you would like to purchase this book, click here for the Show Notes https://francesfayden.com/how-the-female-b…-heart-this-lent/   Key Learnings: 1) As a young woman on the spiritual path, Tara caught the attention of other monks who were amazed at her spiritual stature. They urged her to transform into a man so she could become fully enlightened, not believing she could do so as a woman. She vowed right there to achieve enlightenment in a female body and to only be in a female body while she assisted all sentient beings achieve enlightenment. 2) There are 21 manifestations of Tara, all with a different color and gift to help you on your path of awakening. I read from chapter 13, The Red Burning Tara who fiercely protects your spiritual practice and supports you in prioritizing yourself! 3) The mantra for the Red Burning Tara is Om Tare Tuttare Ture Spho Traya Bas Min Kuru Soha! Here is the pronunciation – Ohm Tahray Tootahray Tooray Sfo Traiya Bahs Meen Kooroo Soha   "Because you are inseparable from the web of life around you, your inner work and self-care naturally contribute to the healing of the world." Hi Mamas, Today we're diving into one of the heaviest things working moms carry… unforgiven hurt. Not the kind that comes after an apology. Nope. We're talking about the kind that sits quietly in your chest, weighs down… especially around the holidays, and follows you into your mornings like an overstuffed emotional diaper bag. This episode walks you through the real work of forgiving people who never said “I'm sorry,” forgiving the friendships that broke your heart, forgiving family who didn't show up, forgiving yourself for what you didn't know then… and even forgiving the pieces of life that didn't go as planned. Together we'll talk about: ✨ How to forgive without closure ✨ Why forgiveness is something you do for you, not them ✨ Releasing resentment you've carried for years ✨ How to forgive someone who has passed away ✨ Healing friendship wounds ✨ Letting go of expectations and disappointments ✨ The hardest one of all—self-forgiveness ✨ A simple but powerful “Bless & Release” ritual to help you feel lighter today If you're ready to walk into the holidays with more peace, more presence, and a lot less emotional heaviness… this episode is your invitation. ✨

Asheville-based songwriter David Wilcox has been through some s-h-i-t. A difficult childhood in Northeast Ohio sent him seeking answers – mostly on his bicycle – in an attempt to get away. He has spent his lifetime leaning into his problems and digging into their roots at the source: his own heart. He decided to see what lessons his heart had been trying to teach him and, at 67 years old, he's still listening and learning. He claims to have the answer of how to heal your heart and how to do it in two minutes; he lays it out in our conversation. We also talk about his new album, 'The Way I Tell the Story,' which continues his exploratory journey through the lens of his wife's Parkinson's diagnosis, retelling the story of his childhood, and staying calm in an emergency and in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, which has devastated his community. We discuss how David was able to walk the line of acknowledging his talents without getting too caught up in the hot-and-fast success he experienced at the start of his career. He explains when it's best to feel the depths of sorrow versus disassociate and he talks about his lifelong love of cycling and how it continues to be a meditation and a life-saver. David is full of gems and wisdom – I think I'll be listening back to this edition of Basic Folk many times over.Follow Basic Folk on social media: https://basicfolk.bio.link/Sign up for Basic Folk's newsletter: https://bit.ly/basicfolknewsHelp produce Basic Folk by contributing: https://basicfolk.com/donate/Interested in sponsoring us? AI can answer your questions, offer reassurance, even write the perfect breakup text. But can it really help you heal after betrayal? In this episode, Luke explores the growing use of AI tools in emotional recovery, from journaling and reflection to replacing genuine connection, and asks an important question: What happens when your search for healing turns into another form of avoidance? Luke unpacks: Why we turn to AI when we're hurting The difference between reflection and relationship How AI can support clarity, but not replace connection The subtle danger of outsourcing your inner voice How to use AI consciously, without losing your sense of self Because real healing still begins where it always has, within you. Key Takeaways: AI can help you process thoughts, but it can't meet emotional needs. Healing requires human connection, not just understanding. Be mindful of using AI to avoid feeling rather than explore feeling. Technology is a tool, not a therapist. Awareness is what keeps reflection from turning into dependency. Today's conversation is one I've been looking forward to having... a conversation about profound loss, tangible hope, and the ministry of presence in the darkest moments. My guest is Ashley Opliger, author of Cradled in Hope: Trusting Jesus to Heal Your Heart as He Holds Your Baby in Heaven and founder of Bridget's Cradles, a ministry that has now placed over 30,000 cradles in 1,600 hospitals across all 50 states.Ashley's story is marked by deep loss, but what struck me most in our conversation wasn't just what she's walked through, but how she's chosen to steward her story. She's not interested in being defined by her trials, but by how God has used them for His glory and for the good of others. We talk about the loneliness of pregnancy and infant loss, why the ministry of presence matters more than perfect words, and how to avoid the dreaded "at least" statements that so often hurt rather than help. Ashley shares about the sacred work of sitting in grief without rushing to fix it, and how she's had to wrestle with letting God's character (not her circumstances) shape her view of who He is.This conversation is for anyone who has experienced pregnancy or infant loss, anyone who loves someone walking through that grief, or anyone who needs to hear that it's okay to bring all the hard, honest emotions to God, even the ugly ones.TakeawaysAshley Opliger's journey is marked by profound loss and grief. Her book 'Cradled in Hope' offers guidance for grieving mothers.Community support is crucial for those experiencing grief.Grief can lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness. It's important to be honest with God about feelings of doubt and anger. The ministry of presence is vital in supporting grieving families.Avoid using 'at least' statements when comforting someone in grief.Listening and offering scripture can be more helpful than trying to fix the situation.Suffering is a part of the Christian journey and can lead to growth.Hope in heaven provides comfort amidst the pain of loss.Chapters00:00 | Journey Through Grief and Loss09:15 | Cradled in Hope: The Book's Purpose15:04 | Bridget's Cradles: A Ministry Born from Loss21:07 | Supporting Grieving Families: Practical Guidance27:17 | Wrestling with God: Finding Hope in Suffering30:57 | Anchoring in Faith Amidst Trials31:45 | Understanding Suffering and God's Sovereignty33:06 | Bringing Honest Emotions to God35:22 | Finding Hope in Grief37:37 | Navigating Unhelpful Comments in Grief42:44 | The Ministry of Bridget's Cradles44:25 | Designing a Perfect Beautiful DayAshley's Website: https://ashleyopliger.com/Ashley's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/ashleyopligerBridget's Cradles Website: https://bridgetscradles.com/Cradled In Hope Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/cradledinhope/Cradled In Hope Book: https://www.amazon.com/Cradled-Hope-Heaven-Miscarriage-Stillbirth/dp/0764244345?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DERCradled In Hope Podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/cradled-in-hope-podcast-for-grieving-moms-biblical/id1572324745

Welcome to today's sermon podcast, where we delve into the theme of self-deception and the lies we tell ourselves. Inspired by the Apostle Paul's call for prayer and courage in sharing the gospel, we explore how our most frequent deceit is often directed inward. By examining the narrative of King David, we uncover the dire consequences of self-deception and the necessity of seeking God's truth. This episode marks the beginning of a new series, "Habits of a Healthy Heart," where we will discuss five essential habits for spiritual growth, starting with the practice of self-examination. We are challenged to allow God's light to search our hearts, recognizing and confronting the sins and issues we hide within. Join us as we seek to change our habits by first inviting God to change our hearts, encouraging a life of integrity and truthfulness. May this sermon inspire you to embrace God's plan for you and pursue a deeper spiritual transformation. With Pastor Mike Curry Habits of a Healthy Heart The Habit That Will Heal Your Heart Psalm 139:23-24 Introduction: Who do you lie to the most? Jeremiah 17:9 If you want to change your life, change your habits. If you want to change your habits, let God change your heart.   The Habit of Self-Examination Psalm 139:23-24 An example from the life of King David (2 Samuel 11:1) 5 Indicators of Self-Deception  (Psalm 36:2) Addiction to Distraction Manic Cheeriness Judgmentalism Defensiveness Cynicism “You are the man! ...” (2 Samuel 12:7) What problem are you denying? What sin are you rationalizing? What issue are you hiding?  3 Warning Signs Watch for what others have tried to tell you. Watch for what you rationalize. Watch for where you're most defensive.   The more convinced you are that you don't have a problem, the more likely it is that you do. Conclusion: Psalm 51:10, 12   You cannot change what you won't confront.   Find other Podcasts, Sermon Notes and the Bulletin here. https://www.mvcnaz.org/live Stay in touch with our Church Center App at https://www.mvcnaz.org/churchcenter Contact us through our CONNECT form at https://www.mvcnaz.org/connect

In this episode of the Feel Free Again Podcast, I sit down with Brian Magee, an accomplished grief recovery specialist and former funeral director from Alberta, Canada. Brian shares openly about his journey—from facing significant personal losses to discovering the profound impact of the Grief Recovery Method. Together, we delve deeply into how grief manifests beyond death, exploring its wide-ranging impact on life's significant changes and transitions. Our conversation also highlights Brian's innovative approach to integrating grief recovery support within the funeral home setting. We discuss the challenges faced by funeral directors and the hesitations many funeral homes have around adopting new grief support programs. Brian provides invaluable insights into how effective aftercare not only meets a crucial emotional need in the community but also greatly enhances the reputation and relational bonds of the funeral home within its community. We further address common misconceptions around grief, critically examining the well-known five stages of grief proposed by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross, and discuss why a practical, emotionally-driven method often surpasses intellectual approaches in truly helping people heal. This episode emphasizes a clear message: unresolved grief requires active emotional processing, and Brian's insights offer powerful guidance on how to achieve emotional completion and healing.

Reflecting on the fogginess, then clarity, this meditation goes into forgiveness – forgiveness of self and others! Enjoy!   Resources: Forgiveness Journal by Erica Glessing (a blank sketch journal with forgiveness prompts): https://amzn.to/4ibGls0   Transcript (more or less)... Hello, I'm loving some interesting clearings that I'm embarking upon myself this week. It's very fascinating and powerful.   As I was reflecting, it was really foggy this morning where I live. There was this kind of eerie fogginess right at dawn, when the light comes in, all drenched in fog. It's interesting to me when fog obscures vision, when we're blocked from seeing things because of the dense fog. Yet there's an awareness that the sun is going to break through. Well, I'm in California, so the sun always breaks through. And the fog will lift, and we'll be able to see clearly.   I was just kind of looking at that way of how life brings us sort of fogginess and then clarity, then fogginess and then clarity. One of my favorite things to do in the morning is, after I'm done with my gratitudes (because I always do my gratitudes), I say, "Could you send me an epiphany today?" and I kind of just send it out into the universe, to God or All That Is. And I say, "Come with an epiphany today."   My epiphany this morning was—I don't think "brutal" is the appropriate word, but it approaches deeply challenging, shall I say. It was all around forgiveness - so here is a guided forgiveness meditation as a gift to you (and to myself!).   You're joining me here on Energy Clearing for Life. This is Erica. I built this show as a self-meditation. So we're going to walk through forgiveness today. As I was clearing things and releasing regrets from my past choices, it was really interesting to me to take responsibility for choices that ended up maybe in very clashing, painful experiences—or being married to an icky person. Well, me and Narcissus, let's just call it what it was.   Let's look at the ways in which we can heal and we can forgive. It's funny, I did a whole class on forgiveness in 2012. It was so powerful. I went through how to forgive easily first to build your forgiveness strength. Then I created a forgiveness journal, which is available on Amazon. In it, I put little prompts—it's like a sketchbook journal—and I put little prompts to help facilitate forgiveness. On the cover of my forgiveness journal, I put an infinity symbol, which I felt was very beautiful. I did it in a dark blue, starry night color. I really had fun building that forgiveness journal. I believe sometimes these podcasts and my writing are partly my own higher self educating me and then educating all of you. Maybe "educating" is the wrong word—sort of gently working collaboratively with your energy to help you be the best and brightest you that you can be. This month—or you may listen to this out of sync—but this month is really showing us in 2025 that it's time to express ourselves and shine our brightest light. That's really coming through strongly in all the messages I'm seeing from all the star seeds and sort of higher consciousness individuals I know on the planet. Pretty much I'm hearing collectively: it's time to shine our light brightly.   I'm going to go into a meditation with you on forgiveness. Just give yourself the next seven or eight minutes. See if you can find somewhere quiet or private where you can close your eyes. See if you can just breathe.   At the core of forgiveness, there's a release of any kind of victim consciousness. So we want to just own our choices and say, "I made choices. I forgive myself for choices I made that caused such challenges in my life." Wow, that was pretty big.   "I forgive myself for surrounding myself with people who couldn't see my light." Yeah, I feel better after that.   Now let's breathe energy up through the earth, through the balls of our feet. Nice, through our knees. Just breathe blue energy up, up through the base of your spine.   Now your second chakra—that's money, creativity, and sexuality. Let's just go ahead and breathe orange energy through there, or light orange tangerine.   Now let's go ahead and breathe special warm healing light to our solar plexus chakra area. Then go ahead and breathe green light through our heart chakra.   Just forgive yourself again in the heart area for any choices that led to painful experiences. Often our parents were choices that led to some painful experiences that we at some level chose so we could grow. Just forgive yourself for choosing various individuals. I had a nefarious individual in my life who was my editor in Santa Barbara where I used to live. That was really interesting. I was still working on forgiveness, and I found out he passed away. It was so fascinating to me that I had somehow carried forth his criticisms of me and let them embed and hurt my heart. And he was long gone from the planet, right? I gave him a big forgiveness for that a while back, to heal my own heart. For anyone who's kind of stuck it to you or been particularly unkind to you, go ahead and just send forgiveness to that experience.   Nice. Now let's go up into our throat chakra and just release any of the times that people didn't want you to talk. So many cultures have this feminine thing where women were not supposed to say anything. Children were not supposed to say anything. "Be seen and not heard." Is that crazy?   Go ahead—this is crossing so many cultures, and I've met with so many different people from Chinese descent, Indian descent, Mexican descent, all different backgrounds, Irish Catholic descent—children (especially girls) who were not supposed to be heard. Forgive anyone around you who told you to shut up or who just didn't want to hear you, right? Just release that. Nice. And by forgiving those who have dimmed your light and forgiving them, what happens is you heal so your heart and your throat chakra open up, and you can accept more love again and be receiving of money and receiving of joy and receiving of delight or this zest for life. So nice. Now we want to go up into our third eye, and this is where we receive telepathic communications, should we desire that. It's the place between our eyebrows, and it usually operates in violet. Let's just go ahead and run energy through there. If you have to go somewhere where there are a lot of lower consciousness experiences—like maybe LAX, maybe standing in line at the Dollar Tree, or maybe standing in line at the grocery store—and you can't really control all the different beings that are there, you could be standing next to a mom who's just lashing out at her children. It could just wreck your whole day, maybe if you were an empath and just kind of went into all what they were suffering about and what they were having such a hard time with.   Now go ahead and look at the top of your crown and up. This is generally a white layer. Some people choose it to be gold, though. So white or gold—whatever works for you—and connect to celestial.   If you believe in this view, ask for forgiveness from Source for everything you've chosen that has kind of led you astray. We all go astray and then we get back on. Then we go astray and then we get back on. It's human. It's how we are—being our humanness is going astray and then coming back on course.   Very nice. So go ahead and just accept love from the heavens all around you. Now just go ahead and ask for the 7-15th Merkaba genetic chakras. These go above your head and below your feet and to the sides. Go ahead and just ask for healing for all of that from heaven, and then also pull blue earth energy up too.   About a foot around your body, or 18 inches, just see your aura healing from the places where you couldn't forgive. Forgive yourself for times that you couldn't get neutral, you just had to be triggered.   This might represent very old karmic ties. If it's super challenging to get to forgiveness, there could be multiple lifetimes of stuff that you've chosen to go through with that individual. Or there could be a lesson inside of that trigger.   What you can do is say, "Thank you for the teachings. I love the teachings, and I'd like to release the trigger." So I'd like not to get emotionally charged, but I would like to still really get clear what the learnings are. Forgiveness can happen sometimes when you let go of needing to even understand why. It's like you  say, "Yes, I understand I'm learning from this. Thank you for the learnings. And I'm ready to release my trigger."   Now forgive yourself for those moments of being triggered, which some of them are etched. My kids and I have learned to say, "I'm being triggered. Let's be quiet for a minute and let go of the trigger and then talk in a few minutes," instead of sort of screaming at each other, you know. Nice. I'm being shown to ask for one more thing in this sort of meditation. Put something that you've been desiring in front of your body, about a foot away. So it's not in your body. This could be your coaching business or your books that you've written, or maybe it's plans to go on a vacation, or something you've been desiring to have but don't have yet.   It's something like an unfulfilled desire.  If you're comfortable with it, put it about 18 inches in front of you and kind of see it in a ball. See that thing that you've been asking for in a ball. Just send energy to that ball.   For me, it's going to be Happy Publishing LLC —my book publishing company would like to grow. So I'm going to put that in a ball about a foot in front of me and just send energy to it. For you, what is it? Maybe it's a new place to live, or maybe it's career insight, or maybe you'd like to start your own meditation podcast. Put whatever that desire is in front of you and just kind of allow it to be. Then see if it has any messages for you.   Nice. Very good. Now just kind of come back to center, open your eyes. Have a most amazing day and maybe ask for another opportunity—some new insight into your own soul's desires for you on the planet.   And what's happening in 2025 is the shine, right? That's the 2025 message. So don't be afraid.
