Spotify Wrapped is back right before December (weird, I know) and Kaelin and Alex's musical taste had layers according to Spotify. They discuss their top 5 genres and top songs. Alex and Kaelin both agree that straight romance has been spiraling down the drain as of late and they give their opinions on why LGBTQ+ romances slay so much harder.

Kaelin is out (for this episode). Alex is still in, and joined by guest, friend and frequent patron of the Teen Center, Johann (any pronouns). The two Conneticats talk about their recent parent-free trips to Connecticut. Both give their very comical experiences of the state and their takeaway from the trips. Then they discuss the racism, cultural appropriation of black culture, and the new K-pop group CocaNButter.

The teens talk about their plans for October (come to the Teen Takeover!) and their recent fancies. Kaelin's planning a Hotel Transylvania group costume with their friends (yes including baby Johnny). Kaelin and Alex are in agreement that idioms need to make a serious comeback (starting with “heard it through the grapevine”). Then they close it out with a brief detailing of the non-exaggerated microaggressions experienced by a black teen in NYC.

Kaelin and Alex have a special guest, Angela Yee! In conversation with Angela, they discover her opinions on Arizona teas, TV shows that she's into, her candy preferences, as well as her role as the first NYPL ambassador and her thoughts on entrepreneurship.

Alex just got some Crocs, and talks about how croc charms (jibbitz) are ridiculously expensive. Kaelin speaks on their opinion about Crocs (which isn't bad, they promise)! It's September, and school is right around the corner and neither of them is excited. Kaelin also shares their current celebrity fixation.
