Dr. Shepherd informs us that skin cancer is the #1 cancer found in women, followed by breast cancer as #2. How deep connections and relationships increase longevity. Episode 4 will encourage you in building relationships and community. Research shows this is linked to prioritizing a strong, safe community and developing intentional deep relationships.
