It's Oscar night, so there's no better time to bring you our review of the most nominated movie of the 2018 Academy Awards. Guillermo Del Toro's 'The Shape of Water' is a 1950s romantic-noir about the blossoming love between a mute girl and an amphibious creature. Either that or it's fanfiction about the creature from the black lagoon. Regardless, you should check out our full review now and then play along with this week's game known as 'the sound of water' where we try and guess what movie Alice is saying whilst she has a mouth full of water. It's not the first time our podcast has made a lady soak herself.

So, we thought in this episode of Movie Nosh that it's time to set the record straight. Ep 14 sees Mike and Josh review one of the BEST MOVIES OF THE YEAR. We absolutely loved Mudbound, a Netflix original movie by Director Dee Rees, with a fantastic cast who play characters that are as rich as the storyline. Mike also reviews The Death of Stalin, a political satyr from the director of In the Loop. Don't forget about Josh's Movie News, and as always our fantastic game to round things off rather nicely. We're into double digits! In episode 10 we review Stephen King's 'The Dark Tower' and 'Gerald's Game', as well as 'Wind River', starring Jeremy Renner and Elizabeth Olsen. To tie it all off, Mike and Josh face-off in a way that Nicholas Cage and John Travolta could only dream of. Tasked with creating their own mash-up movie plots, they compete to see who has the chops to take their story all the way to Hollywood. Who wins? You decide! Tell us on social media and help decide on who can call themselves 'The Chosen One'.

Check out our special edition episode of Movie Nosh, where we get to nerd out like never before over the Blade Runner Franchise, both new and old. We talk at length about the 1982 original movie and what made it so great, then move on to a spoiler-free review of the sequel - Blade Runner 2049. However, it doesn't stop there! We then go into full on spoiler mode and talk in detail about the sequel and it's parallels with the first movie. To top it all off, we play a game called 'Science Fact or Science not fact' that you'll want to play along with. Mike is a very convincing liar!

In episode 8, Mike and Josh review the new movie Kingsman: The Golden Circle, as well as the re-reboot that no-one asked for, but everyone's glad we got - Spider-Man: Homecoming. Episode 5 reviews three whole films! The Stephen King Horror 'IT', the action movie 'Hitman's Bodyguard' featuring Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L Jackson, and the latest movie in the unstoppable kids franchise - 'Despicable Me 3'. We also throw in some movie news for good measure.

Check out our feature length review on one of the biggest movies of the year as we talk about the soundtrack, the cinematography and THAT Harry Styles performance. P.s.
