Kevin Hart Quotes on Life, Success & Growth (Wisdom Radio) Who is Kevin Hart? American actor and comedian Kevin Hart toured internationally in top-selling comedy tours and starred in such box-office hits as the buddy-cop comedy "Ride Along" (2014) and its sequel, "Ride Along 2" (2016); "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" (2017), a remake of the 1995 movie featuring Robin Williams; and "Night School" (2018), in which Hart costarred with comedian Tiffany Haddish. In August 2015 Hart brought his What Now? comedy tour to Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia and became the first comedian to sell out a National Football League stadium. What made Kevin Hart famous? Kevin Hart's early stand-up comedy earned him increasing attention, and his 2011 comedy special "Laugh at My Pain" provided a major boost to his public profile and led to his emergence as that year's top comedian on Ticketmaster, the dominant global ticketing agency. Hart concurrently gained prominence for his acting career, which notably included appearances in installments of the Scary Movie franchise and in movies such as "The 40-Year-Old Virgin" (2005), "Little Fockers" (2010), and "Think Like a Man" (2012). He went on to star in such box-office hits as "Ride Along" (2014), "Ride Along 2" (2016), "Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle" (2017), and "Night School" (2018). Next, she watched Petite Maman (Hulu), a sweet French movie that she thought was nice to watch. Next, she watched A Life Less Ordinary (Rent), she thought it was really bad and very 90's in the worst ways. Finally, she saw Creed III (Theatres), which she thought was fun and was happy to see the thiCCC shirtless men working out.   Berto on the Bed: Berto watched Ben-Hur (HBO), he felt it lived up to all the praise that had been heaped upon it over the years and thought it was amazing. Next, he watched Walking Tall (Prime), the 2004 remake starring The Rock. He thought it was a decent film, but was fun to watch. Next, he watched Paycheck (Prime), a film with a great premise that was ruined with everything else - acting, action, script, etc. Next, he watched Limitless (HBO), he thought it was a good and interesting film. Then he watched RockNRolla (HBO), a Guy Ritchie film in his usual style. He enjoyed it but thought it wasn't as good as his other films. Next, he watched Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle (Hulu), he thought it was funny and was a good time. Finally, for Joe Bob corner, Berto watched Black Rose (Shudder). He thought it was really boring and forgettable.   Dragon at the Movies: This week's deep dive was the 2021 drama Benedetta, currently streaming on Hulu.

Hodinkee Radio returns for the second installment of The Collector's Edition With Ben Clymer. Follow along with Hodinkee's founder as he speaks with notable friends and watch enthusiasts about what it means to be a collector. As you may recall, we launched the series last year with pop star Ed Sheeran. In this episode, we are thrilled to sit down with comedian, actor, producer, and serial entrepreneur Kevin Hart. If it seems like Hart is everywhere all the time, that's because he is – from the current "Reality Check" stand-up tour and the big screen in hits like Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and The Secret Life of Pets to television ads for the likes of DraftKings and JPMorgan Chase. On top of that, he also runs a media company called HartBeat Productions. And on top of that – and what brings us here today – he's also a legit watch enthusiast. We caught up with Kevin at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, right before he was about to hit the stage for back-to-back "Reality Check" shows. We learned that his love of watches dates to the early days of his career and that over the years Submariners, Daytonas, Pateks, and Richard Milles adorned his wrist. Today, his collecting has evolved to the point where he has a partnership with Audemars Piguet. As a "friend of the brand," Kevin has access to some very special pieces, including the ceramic chronograph he famously leaked to the world and the piece he'll be wearing in the upcoming Netflix movie Lift.Show Notes: 0:27Kevin Hart0:30Ben Clymer0:56A stop on the "Reality Check" tour2:00Audemars Piguet4:57Rolex Submariner 166105:14Rolex Daytona 1165085:40Jacob the Jeweler6:25Richard Mille RM 0299:07Kevin's first Tourbillon: The Royal Oak Concept Tourbillon Chronograph in Rose Gold 26223OR10:51Revealing the Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph "50th Anniversary" in Black Ceramic13:28Watch worn in the movie Lift14:05Chadwick Boseman and the AP x Marvel Royal Oak Concept Black Panther Flying Tourbillon17:58Royal Oak Openworked Extra-Thin "40th Anniversary" In Platinum18:46Kevin's car collection20:24Celebrity friends into collecting watches20:48Corey Gamble watch collection
