Today on the pod we are joined by Catherine and Lauren Lee Founders of Semaine health- a PMS and Period Support Supplement that was formulated after the sisters struggled with Endometriosis for more than 15 years! Endometriosis is a condition where endometrium-like cells migrate from the uterus and perform a similar function (inflame/shed) in parts of the body - most commonly the pelvic cavity- where they are not really designed to be.
