Our second guest, life/nutrition coach Cassie Green is a self-proclaimed reformed workaholic. In today's episode, Dr. Sherry Chesak of the Mayo Clinic details how a family crisis led her to meditation and being present. You'll find she approached the practice of meditation from a scientific perspective. Dr. Chesak is a Nurse Scientist in the Department of Nursing, Division of Nursing Research at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She focuses primarily on investigating stress management interventions to enhance resilience in both professional and family caregivers.
