I promise we haven't given up! I have just been stuck on traveling assignments for the past 2 months and have not be able to get home to record a new episode! Thanks to both our listeners and out Guest's, this has gotten bigger than I ever dreamed it would.

She shares great advice for students that are looking to break through into the industry and seasoned professionals alike.  Shaabini is also the current President of WiOPS (Women in Construction Operations), an organization that she helped found. She talks about her career and how she dealt with being a Woman (& Minority) throughout her time in the industry. She gives some great advice for those pursuing a career in construction and specifically for women joining the workforce. Ryan has worked on LDS Temples in various locations around the world. He talks about some of the problems that come from working overseas. He also discusses some of what he believes are the most important keys to success in his career: Family and Construction can mix. Hard Work is what makes the difference.
