In this exercise, I will ask you to draw yourself smiling, asking you to be mindful as you do so - listening to the music, my voice, the pencil on the page; noticing the feel of the pencil in your hand; noticing colour; acknowledging your work and maybe smiling at the quality of it. Next, I will ask you to note everything that you are grateful for today, everything that makes you smile.
