Tricha is an international choreographer and filmmaker working between Bollywood and Hollywood. Over her 16 years as a choreographer, she has worked on shows, productions, and weddings, bringing strong visual storytelling to her cinematic pursuits. Tricha joined India's Bollywood film industry in 2017 and quickly became Mumbai's foremost choreographer of Bhangra, an Indian folk dance form. As a filmmaker, Tricha tells stories of inequality, intersectionality, and diversity. She worked on music videos, films, and commercials. Tricha is the creator of Addiction, an independent short film, and has written for Filmmaker Magazine. Formerly a research strategist and communications consultant, Tricha is an alumnus of Georgetown University and Florida State University, having studied economics and finance with a degree in foreign service. She is currently based in Los Angeles.
