Today, on Notable Leaders' Radio, I speak with Elizabeth Haggerty, EVP Customer Solutions, America's Division, CRH. She highlights how navigating life's and career pivots, unexpected business challenges, and a life-changing health diagnosis led her to discover untapped reserves of courage and resilience, offering real-life strategies to thrive through uncertainty and continual growth. In today's episode, we discuss: Adopt the "one foot in, one foot out" approach. When considering a new role or industry, bring core skills you already have while stretching into new territory, so you're growing without completely untethering yourself. Let your setbacks refine, not define, you. When a business is sold, or a role ends abruptly, even through being fired, treat it as a painful but powerful pivot point, not a verdict on your worth or future potential. Integrate joy and self-care into your life. Make space for passions, hobbies, and relationships outside of work. These experiences not only enhance your overall well-being but also give you energy and perspective to face professional challenges with renewed spirit. Redefine your identity beyond job titles. Reflect on how external achievements and positions have shaped your sense of self. Shift your focus from titles to your skill sets, values, and unique contributions. This empowers you to navigate transitions and derive fulfillment from multiple aspects of life. Release the need to do everything alone. Accept that asking for help is a sign of wisdom, not weakness. Rely on your team's expertise and focus on asking insightful questions. This collaborative approach strengthens outcomes and develops your leadership. What happens when your company not only builds a better product, but creates a whole new category? In this episode of The Kula Ring, Jeff White and Carman Pirie speak with Florian Neugue, Regional Marketing Manager for North America at A-Safe. Florian explains how A-Safe pioneered polymer safety barriers that flex and return, replacing traditional steel barriers in industrial facilities. The conversation explores the power of category design in manufacturing markets. Florian outlines why redefining the problem is the first step to building a new category, how marketers must balance education with demand capture, and why patience is critical when shaping how buyers think about safety solutions. From forklift safety and operational costs to market maturity frameworks and industry standards, this episode offers a practical look at how category creators build long-term market leadership.
Ever wonder why some people thrive on drama? In this episode, Caroline welcomes licensed Clinical Psychologist Dr. Scott Lyons, author of “Addicted to Drama” and host of “The Gently Used Human,” to talk about toxic mom groups, gossip, and why drama can feel addictive. Using examples like “drama bonding” in groups, he explains how stress can become a habit that brings connection and even chemical pain relief, and why calm can feel unsafe for some people. They discuss how hormones (including menopause) can increase dysregulation, how partners can respond without adding “logs to the fire,” and why social media fuels attention-hungry conflict and competitive victimhood. Dr. Lyons shares practical regulation tools like walking, shaking, reading at night instead of scrolling, pausing before replying, and “unsetting the table” to stop mental spirals, and he shares where to find his work, including Embody Lab and his upcoming “Hot Seat Therapy” show.

But what happens when you've already “made it”… and you're still exhausted? In this episode, we explore the other side of growth: the season where revenue stops being the primary goal and freedom, enjoyment, and sustainability take its place. After seven years of coaching dental practice owners—and living this evolution myself—I challenge the idea that growth must always mean expansion. This conversation is for the dentist who is profitable, respected, and successful on paper… but feels heavier, busier, and more drained than ever. We'll unpack why expansion without intention often creates complexity instead of freedom—and how redefining growth can be one of the most powerful leadership moves you make. In This Episode, We Discuss: • Why growth has traditionally been defined as more in dentistry—and where that programming comes from • The subtle (and sometimes dramatic) moments that cause practice owners to question their definition of success • Why more revenue doesn't automatically equal more freedom • How expansion can quietly increase stress, complexity, and responsibility • The guilt many dentists feel for wanting less stress instead of more money Related Episodes • Episode 283: Intentionally Not Increasing Revenue – A deeper dive into choosing a “non-growth” financial year to create ease, freedom, and sustainability. When Lucy Postins started The Honest Kitchen in 2002, she didn't just launch a pet food company — she lobbied the FDA to create an entirely new standard for human-grade pet food. Two decades later, the brand she built is the leading human-grade pet food in North America, with a 50/50 revenue split between e-commerce and brick-and-mortar retail. CEO Will Lisman, who stepped in three years ago after a career spanning Hershey, startup leadership, and brand building, is now scaling the mission while positioning the company against headwinds in affordability, pet adoption, and a category he believes is a decade behind human food in its health-and-wellness evolution.

Stop Racing Someone Else's Race and Start Winning Yours! That's the message Great Practice, Great Life has today. Steve Riley welcomes back Jake Thompson, the Chief Encouragement Officer at Compete Every Day and an Atticus community favorite, to deliver a wake-up call every ambitious attorney and firm owner needs to hear. Drawing fresh inspiration from his two newest books, The Line, a compelling story about touching the line and claiming that extra inch of excellence, and Beat Yesterday, the research-driven guide to outrunning your own yesterday, Jake reveals why the relentless pursuit of being "the best" is quietly sabotaging your fulfillment, your energy, and your firm's long-term growth. Together they expose the hidden traps that derail high-achievers: toxic comparison that breeds complacency or despair, an ego that turns feedback into a personal attack, and the exhausting chase for external trophies (bigger revenue numbers, flashier verdicts, "top firm" status) that never deliver lasting satisfaction. Jake shares clear, immediately usable frameworks to break free: Clarify the real game you actually want to win (your unique vision of a great practice and great life, not someone else's scoreboard). Redefine competition as beating yesterday's version of yourself. Harness small daily margins that create massive separation. Transform uncomfortable feedback (from clients, team members, or lost opportunities) into pure momentum instead of defensiveness. Steve shares a key insight on law firm profitability: lawyers who commit to consistent physical discipline and energy management often double their income within a year—not through magic, but through sharper focus, bolder confidence, the discipline to reject bad cases, and the ability to project the reliability and longevity that high-value clients instinctively trust. If you're ready to silence the comparison noise, stop borrowing other people's goals like ill-fitting clothes, and start building a practice that funds and fiercely protects the life you truly want, this conversation hands you both the mindset revolution and the practical tools to make it happen. -------- In this episode, you will hear: The difference between being the best and becoming your best Clarifying the game you actually want to win in your practice and life How unhealthy comparison fuels ego, complacency, and burnout Using comparison as a learning tool instead of a threat Touching the line and the power of small daily disciplines Why physical health and personal discipline impact financial performance Turning uncomfortable feedback into growth instead of defensiveness -------- Subscribe & Review Never miss an episode. This episode originally aired on March 10, 2025 — but is just as relevant today! Hope you enjoy :)--Hi everyone! Welcome back to another episode of The Chai on Life Podcast. I'm Alex Segal and today, I am speaking with Rivka Lerner. Originally from Switzerland, she works as a software developer and coach as well as a kallah teacher, but her love is in teaching and discussing profound ideas with Jews from all walks of life. After teaching with her husband Rabbi Simi Lerner in London for a few years, Rivka came back to Israel long term, and is now an educator in Tel Aviv for the anglo community, as well as in Midreshet Rachel V'Chaya. Above all else, a mother to her awesome four boys.I love this episode so much. We are really going deep into Purim. While Jews have never really had it “easy” this is a particularly tough time for the Jewish people everywhere and it feels a bit strange to be focused on joy when there is so much devastation around us. We talk about that. We speak about what happiness really means, how you can redefine it for yourself and how you can truly feel it this Purim. We also speak really practically about what Purim can look like for you. Is it super overwhelming? Do you not really like it as much as you feel like you “should”? Do you feel like you're missing out on that joy? We speak about ways you can access it and how you can transform your preparation and day even in just a few conversations that can be really life-changing.We talk about the megillah, parts of the megillah you may not have noticed before and intentions about the megillah that can change your experience while listening to it.At the end we speak about the comparison between Purim and Yom Kippur, or Yom HaKipppurim and what it really means that Yom Kippur is a day “like” Purim. There is so much depth in this episode, it is so rich with meaning and wisdom and profound takeaways and I am so excited for you to hear it and G-d willing for it to enrich your holiday this year in new ways.If there is someone you want to see on The Chai on Life Podcast, email me at alex@chaionlifemag.com or send me a DM @chaionlifemag. Thanks again, see you next week!

Schedule a free discovery call. https://marriedentrepreneur.co/lets-talk In this powerful and deeply human conversation, Robert and Kay Lee sit down with Mark Whitacre and Ginger Whitacre, the real-life couple behind one of the largest whistleblower cases in U.S. history—famously portrayed in the film The Informant!. But this episode goes far beyond headlines and Hollywood. It's a raw look at what happens to a marriage when secrecy, fear, ambition, and integrity collide—and how faith and perseverance can hold a family together when everything else falls apart. Ginger opens up about the hidden cost of Mark's three years undercover with the FBI—years she carried alone, unable to ask for prayer or support, living daily with the fear that her husband might not come home. Even prison, she shares, was easier than the silence and isolation of those years. For married entrepreneurs, her story is a sobering reminder: success at any cost eventually sends the bill home. Yet it's also a testimony to resilience, boundaries, and the power of shared purpose when life feels unmanageable. Mark reflects on his transformation—from a high-flying executive addicted to money, titles, and approval, to a man who redefined success as significance. Prison became the unlikely place where faith reshaped his identity, restored his marriage, and redirected his leadership. Today, he serves in marketplace ministry while working with Coca-Cola Consolidated, a company once directly impacted by the case. For couples building businesses together, this episode is a masterclass in integrity, redemption, and choosing what matters most—before the cost becomes too high. Key Takeaways for Married Entrepreneurs Success without integrity always charges interest. What looks like a "golden handcuff" can quietly imprison your marriage and values. You can't neglect the marriage and expect it to survive the mission. Ginger's role reminds us that teamwork and communication are non-negotiable. Redefine success early. Titles, money, and growth are empty if they cost connection, faith, and family. Hard seasons reveal true leadership. Mark's shift from achievement to service saved both his marriage and his future impact. There is life—and purpose—after failure. Redemption is possible in business, marriage, and calling when humility leads the way.

This series has been all about hearing the voice of God and how a life of regularly hearing it leads us into all God wants for us. As we close this series out, it's important to realize God's voice is not the only one trying to speak to and influence us. There is also Satan. Revelation 12:9 tells us that Satan is an ancient monster and foe of God, the serpent who was in the garden with Adam and Eve, and who is a “deceiver”. We could say as a deceiver, he's like a hacker who is trying to convince us he's God, or at least that what he's selling us is more noble and good than what God has to offer. In this message, Pastor Joel explains how Satan's playbook has been the same for centuries, telling us the same three part lie: (1) Distance yourself from God. (2) Do your own thing. (3) Redefine good and evil based on your own gut and desire. We see Satan successfully use this lie on the first humans, but then fail to do it with Jesus. What is the difference? Listening to and hearing God's voice. You won't want to miss this fitting conclusion to our series on the voice of God.
Generational Shifts: A 2025 National Research Group study found that nearly 50% of men aged 13–30 desire to see men become more emotionally vulnerable, indicating a shift in perspective among younger generations. Mixed Opinions: Data from the Movember Foundation reveals that 31% of men surveyed view the ability to cry or be emotionally open as a strength, while 34% see it as a weakness. Adam Tomlin is the host of the ACT OUT podcast. Before embarking on his journey as a podcaster, he worked as an attorney, where he dedicated as much effort to avoiding his own emotions as he did to advancing someone else's dreams. After a couple of years of rewiring his mindset, he became frustrated with the narrative perpetuated by the "podcaster bro" culture, which suggested that compassion was a weakness incompatible with masculinity and the pursuit of a better world. This inspired Adam to create the ACT OUT podcast to change that perspective. He advocates for everyone to have the ability to pursue their happiness, allowing ALL individuals to make a life, earn a living, and make a difference. Adam's story reflects the American experience. At one point, I introduced myself with the line, "I began every attorney bio that way." In hindsight, that may have sounded more pretentious than charming, but ironically, it was more accurate than I realized. At the time, I felt stuck, empty, and like a bad person. Unfortunately, that feeling is a common narrative for many people, and I want to help change it. I was born and raised in a small rural town in northwest Georgia, where the accents were so strong that I didn't realize I had one until I went to college in Atlanta. Growing up, I was taught that the only acceptable feelings were “positive” ones, and even those came with terms and conditions. As a result, I tried to suppress all my emotions, but I was wildly unsuccessful. Nonetheless, I didn't seek help for my mental health until much later in life. The Net Promoter System Podcast – Customer Experience Insights from Loyalty Leaders
Episode 260: When customers must re-explain the same problem, reopen old tickets, and chase for follow-ups, a shiny new tool won't help unless it's connected to support or sales history. How can leaders act on real signals to build shared memory and fix the root cause? Jeannie Walters, founder and CEO of Experience Investigators, and John Abraham, a customer experience consultant, believe that most customer frustration isn't about a single moment. It's about when someone becomes worn down by repeated fixes, handoffs, and follow-ups. When organizations chase shiny tools without a clear execution plan, it's harder to agree on what "great" customer experience actually means. Learn how AI-assisted listening (for things like tone, behavior, and patterns) surfaces exhaustion signals that surveys miss, why sentiment analysis becomes a dead end without action, and how to replace tool-chasing with cross-functional fixes that stick. We'll also cover the danger of becoming a "company with no memory," and the simple prompt leaders can use to ask, "What can we learn … without a survey?" The goal? When you stop celebrating case-by-case resolutions, you eliminate those frustrating repetitions that drain trust. What I am more excited about is that it's not just about that holistic idea, but really helping individuals understand where they fit." [00:07] John: "The big debate [used to be] around driver questions and how long should the survey be. Now, the debate is much more, 'What can I learn without a survey?'" [00:08] John: "It's one thing to take a large data set and say, 'Okay, anybody can log in and play around with it.' It's very different when you see data, and you work in a frontline team or at a location." [00:15] Jeannie: "We have to say, 'This is who we are, and this is the promise we're making to you.' If we say we're gonna be all things to all people, we're saying we're nothing to no one." From Discovery to Delivery: Charting Progress in Gynecologic Oncology, hosted by Ursula A. Matulonis, MD, brings expert insights into the most recent breakthroughs, evolving standards, and emerging therapies across gynecologic cancers. Dr Matulonis is chief of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology and the Brock-Wilcon Family Chair at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, as well as a professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, both in Boston, Massachusetts. In this episode, Dr Matulonis sat down with guest Susana M. Campos, MD, MPH. Dr Campos is the clinical director and director of Educational Initiatives for the of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and an institute physician and assistant professor of medicine at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. Drs Matulonis and Campos discussed the evolving landscape of newly diagnosed cervical cancer, from epidemiologic trends to emerging therapeutic strategies.According to 2026 estimates from the American Cancer Society, approximately 13,400 new cases of invasive cervical cancer will be diagnosed in the United States, with roughly 4200 deaths. Although incidence has declined over time due to human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination and screening efforts, rates have plateaued, and the disease burden remains substantial, particularly among women aged 35 to 64 years. Dr Campos noted that approximately half of cases occur in women younger than 50 years of age, and about 20% are diagnosed in women older than 65 years of age.Dr Campos reviewed common presenting symptoms, including abnormal vaginal bleeding, intermenstrual or postmenopausal bleeding, abnormal discharge, pelvic pain, and, in advanced cases, urinary symptoms or leg swelling. She explained that diagnosis begins with pelvic examination and cervical cytology or HPV testing, followed by colposcopy and biopsy when indicated. Although cervical cancer remains one of the few malignancies that is clinically staged, imaging modalities, such as MRI, CT, and PET scans, are critical to accurately defining disease extent, they underscored. Moreover, the discussion highlighted transformative advances in locally advanced disease. The phase 3 KEYNOTE-A18 trial (NCT04221945) demonstrated improved progression-free and overall survival with the addition of pembrolizumab (Keytruda) to standard chemoradiation, establishing a new standard for high-risk patients, Campos stated. Similarly, the phase 3 INTERLACE trial (NCT01566240) showed that short-course induction chemotherapy with carboplatin and paclitaxel before chemoradiation improved long-term outcomes. Campos forecasted that ongoing studies, including the phase 3 NRG-GY037 trial (NCT07061977), may integrate these approaches and further refine optimal treatment sequencing.Lastly, Drs Matulonis and Campos highlighted the expanding therapeutic arsenal in the recurrent and metastatic setting. Campos noted how antibody-drug conjugates, such as tisotumab vedotin-tftv (Tivdak) and fam-trastuzumab deruxtecan-nxki (Enhertu), have demonstrated meaningful activity, particularly in biomarker-selected populations. Campos added that investigational strategies targeting TROP2, such as sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (Trodelvy), represent additional promising avenues.Despite these advances, both experts emphasized that prevention remains paramount. Widespread uptake of HPV vaccination, including the 9-valent vaccine, as well as adherence to routine cervical screening, are essential to reducing the long-term burden of this largely preventable disease.
What defines a life well lived? On this episode of the Built Different Podcast, Dr. Zach Clinton welcomes Tim Tebow for a powerful conversation on identity, intimacy with Christ, and living a life marked by lasting impact. Known to many first for his achievements on the field: Heisman Trophy winner, national champion, NFL quarterback…Tim’s deeper impact has always extended far beyond football. From serving the “Most Vulnerable People” through the Tim Tebow Foundation to stepping into fatherhood with his wife Demi-Leigh and their daughter Daphne, Tim shares how identity, royalty, and calling have taken on even greater meaning in this season of life. At the center of this conversation is Tim’s new book, If The Tree Could Speak, a creative retelling of the crucifixion inspired by Luke 19:40. Through the perspective of the cross itself, Tim invites us to slow down and truly see the love displayed there, not as distant history, but as a present and personal rescue mission. Together, we explore what it means to live with urgency without anxiety, to lead with conviction anchored in love, and to “look again” at the people the world often overlooks. If you’ve ever felt unseen, dismissed, or forgotten, this episode is a reminder that the loudest declaration of love in history was completed for you.Links: Find Out More About Tim: https://timtebow.com/ Find Out More About the Tim Tebow Foundation: https://timtebowfoundation.org/ Purchase Tim’s Newest Book, If the Tree Could Speak, Here: timtebow.com/tree Purchase Tim’s Book, Look Again, Here: https://shorturl.at/JFL2B Follow Tim on Social Media: https://www.instagram.com/timtebow/ Find Clinically Excellent, Distinctively Christian Counseling or Coaching Today: https://christiancareconnect.com/ Discover more Christian podcasts at lifeaudio.com and inquire about advertising opportunities at lifeaudio.com/contact-us.

You did everything you were supposed to do. You worked hard. You built the career. You earned the reputation. You became successful by every conventional metric. And now… something feels off. In this solo episode, Kate explores one of the most disorienting experiences of mid-career success: realizing that you may have outgrown something that is still working. You're still good at it. People still respect you. You're still being rewarded for doing it. But the energy that once came from challenge, growth, and purpose has quietly been replaced by obligation. Kate shares her own experience stepping away from a successful performance career in classical music—and introduces the idea of competence debt: the psychological, social, and financial cost that accumulates the better you become at something…making it harder and harder to consider doing anything else. You'll learn: Why success can quietly lock you into identities that no longer fit How to recognize when you've outgrown a goal (even one you worked years to achieve) The difference between burnout and disinterest Why envying people who've made a pivot might be more meaningful than you think How to stop confusing past investment with future alignment If you're a mid-career professional wondering what's next—and whether it's okay to want something different—this episode is for you.
Two of the most significant criminal trials in the country are unfolding simultaneously — and former felony prosecutor Eric Faddis is here to break down both. The Kouri Richins murder trial begins February 23rd in Summit County, Utah, where prosecutors say she poisoned her husband Eric with a lethal dose of fentanyl mixed into a Moscow Mule. In Georgia, Colin Gray faces 29 felony counts including second-degree murder after prosecutors allege he armed his 14-year-old son with an AR-style rifle despite years of alleged warnings from the FBI, law enforcement, and child welfare officials. In this comprehensive interview, Faddis dismantles both cases from both sides — starting with the Richins defense's strongest pretrial wins and ending with why Colin Gray may be facing an unwinnable fight. The Richins case has been bleeding evidence for months. Robert Crozier, the man prosecutors called their key link in the fentanyl supply chain, has signed a sworn affidavit recanting his police statement — now saying the pills were OxyContin, not fentanyl. They were never recovered or tested. Lead Detective Jeff O'Driscoll faces witness intimidation allegations after text messages allegedly showed him threatening a witness with arrest. Judge Mrazik excluded the prosecution's domestic violence expert, limited FBI profiler Molly Amman's testimony, and twice denied bringing Kouri's 26 financial crime charges into the murder trial. But the prosecution's hand is loaded. They allege a prior Valentine's Day 2022 poisoning attempt where two friends reportedly say Eric called them saying his wife tried to kill him. Housekeeper Carmen Lauber is expected to testify that Kouri directly asked her to buy fentanyl twice — and after the first alleged attempt, requested "the Michael Jackson stuff." Google searches allegedly found on Kouri's phone include queries about lethal fentanyl doses, luxury prisons, insurance payouts, and deleting digital records. A letter found in her jail cell allegedly outlines false testimony for family members. A handwriting expert is prepared to testify that insurance document signatures were forged. And the medical examiner found more than five times the lethal dose of fentanyl in Eric's system. In the Colin Gray trial, prosecutors presented what they allege is years of warning signs: Colt's alleged 2021 search for "how to kill your dad," an FBI visit in 2023 over school shooting threats with instructions to reportedly restrict gun access, the alleged Christmas gift of the rifle seven months later, and by August 2024, Colt allegedly texting his father, "Whenever something happens, just know the blood is on your hands," and asking him to buy 150 rounds of ammunition. Prosecutors allege Colt had a shrine to the Parkland shooter in his bedroom, was reportedly hearing voices, allegedly shoved his mother when she tried to take the gun, and was taking her prescription Zoloft without medical oversight. When officers arrived at the Gray home, Colin allegedly said two words: "I knew it."The defense argues Colt hid his plans. But the prosecution says the evidence was visible inside the home Colin controlled. Faddis explains the Georgia legal framework that charges cruelty to children as the basis for second-degree murder — a higher bar than the Crumbley manslaughter convictions — and gives his honest assessment of both cases as they head toward their most critical phases.#KouriRichins #ColinGray #EricRichins #ColtGray #FentanylMurder #SchoolShooting #ParentAccountability #EricFaddis #HiddenKillers #TrueCrimePodcastJoin Our SubStack For AD-FREE ADVANCE EPISODES & EXTRAS!: https://hiddenkillers.substack.com/Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? "Procurement is what you make of it. It can be a bargain basement function at some firms, but it's also becoming more strategic. We have to take a more holistic, integrated view of things and try to understand the big business problems we can help solve and then offer a business solution, not just a procurement solution." – Amit Saronwala, VP, Global Indirect Supply Management, Medtronic Procurement leaders in healthcare are feeling the heat: innovation cycles are tightening, supplier bases are vast, and new pressures on cost and cash flow are here to stay. So how do you build more agile, high-performing procurement teams without adding complexity or burning out your people? In this episode, Philip Ideson speaks with Amit Saronwala, VP of Global Indirect Supply Management at Medtronic, and Jeremy Lappin, CEO of Candex. Amit draws from his clinical experience and deep commercial expertise to share how Medtronic is recasting procurement's role by focusing on smarter supplier segmentation, business-centric metrics, and technology that makes friction disappear. Jeremy adds perspective from supporting global procurement teams at scale, revealing where automation and analytics can create breathing room for strategic work. This conversation takes a candid look at how one of healthcare's biggest names is making indirect procurement a critical lever for business value and what it takes to bring suppliers and stakeholders on the journey. In this episode, Amit and Jeremy discuss how procurement can: Set a clear line for strategic vs. transactional suppliers… and stick to it Speak "business" (not just "procurement") to increase influence with stakeholders Automate low-risk, high-volume purchases to free up valuable talent Choose tools that require little or no change management for smoother adoption Redefine procurement's core skillset for the next five years Links: Amit Saronwala on LinkedIn Jeremy Lappin on LinkedIn Subscribe to This Week in Procurement Subscribe to Art of Procurement on YouTube

We spend so much of our lives chasing money—believing that once we earn enough, save enough, and invest enough, happiness and freedom will finally follow. But what if the real goal isn't more money… it's more time?Today's guest is Andy Hill, AFC®, award-winning family finance coach and founder of the platform Marriage, Kids and Money, which has reached millions of families through his podcast, videos, and writing. His new book, Own Your Time, challenges a deeply held belief in personal finance: that wealth alone will solve our problems. Instead, Andy argues that true financial success is about using money intentionally to design a life filled with freedom, family connection, and choice. In this conversation, we explore Andy's own journey—from a six-figure household income and negative net worth to a life where he and his wife now work part-time by design. We talk about the concept of “coast financial independence,” the surprising middle ground between burnout and early retirement, and the practical financial steps families can take—at any stage—to reclaim their calendars and their priorities. We'll also get into the emotional side of money and time: how couples navigate unequal incomes, why optionality matters more than status, and how to raise kids who understand wealth not just as dollars, but as freedom and generosity.
