Learning to be happy by yourself is crucial in order to bring your best self to relationships. You're alone in your experience because your thoughts, judgments, and perspectives are exclusively your own. Everyone is living in their own world. Learning to be comfortable with being alone is learning to not be defined by others. KEY POINTS: We try HARDWork on being happiest when you're by yourselfAbandonment issues...Clinging does not help relationshipsNew perspective: You're always alone anywaysYour perception and lens on reality is exclusively your ownEating a meal with your best friend...Own the fact you're always alone in your experienceYour experience is not theirs, and theirs is not yoursWhen you feel your best by yourself you're able to GIVE in a relationship instead of TAKEThis week, try to give in a relationshipRESOURSES: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WeeklyWisdomPODInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/weeklywisdompodcast/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/MIKE9076231

    Motivation

Action comes BEFORE motivation. It's easy to sit and wait for motivation to pursue your goals and passions. Without action, motivation happens every so often. With action, motivation becomes the result and a driving force. Your mind will trick you into thinking everything's more important than what you want to pursue. Don't listen. Take the step, the motivation will follow. KEY POINTS: I have not uploaded an episode for a month Waiting for motivation to get something done... it won't get doneThere is always something that seems more important then your goalsThe hardest part of getting something done is starting If motivation came first, then you would already have everything you've ever wanted The idea itself is not enough to motivate you Motivation can die quickly Motivation comes right after taking actionRESOURSES: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WeeklyWisdomPODInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/weeklywisdompodcast/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/MIKE9076231

    Moving from Love

You often subconsciously move and act from a place of fear. Some examples are getting A's because you're WORRIED about failing, working out because you're SCARED of being out of shape, and being nice because you FEAR rejection. Changing your mindset and moving from love will allow you to express yourself, find peace, and live with purpose. Get A's because you LOVE to learn. Work out because you LIKE the feeling of working on yourself, and be nice because you UNDERSTAND that everyone is on the same hunk of rock floating in space. You don't move with fear to get through love but moving from love can get you through fear. KEY POINTS:Look at yourself in relation to you, not in relation to othersLiving in relation to others limits your own expressionThese people, family, or friends don't even have THEIR stuff figured out and your viewing yourself from their lens instead of developing your ownOften a lot of your actions are fueled by fearExample of moving from fear: "If I don't keep doing this every day, even if I'm sad, then I'm failing and moving backwards"Do what feels right in your heartLook at everything you do this week and analyze whether you're moving from fear or love. Reframe in loveWhat fuels your fire?Fear can motivate short term but won't create long term peace, happiness, and passionRESOURSES: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WeeklyWisdomPODInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/weeklywisdompodcast/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/MIKE9076231

Through boredom you will find your OWN voice. In 2021 there's always something to do, check, watch, or engage with in every moment of the day. However, most of this input is other peoples words, creations, and ideas; NOT your own. You must release control and accept boredom to find and develop your own thoughts and personal expression. KEY POINTS:Think your own thoughts in a world that tries to think for youYou have been influenced to believe boredom is badIn 2021 It's SO easy to fill up ALL free timeWestern culture stresses doing, striving, and achieving. Boredom is a "sin" and means you're not "doing enough"Human nature and the point of existence is to control and create life, experiences, and circumstancesBoredom is uncomfortable because you can't use your personal will to controlThe distractions you use when you don't allow yourself to be bored creates an environment where you're not thinking for yourselfIntention and awareness is keyYour own Ideas and thoughts will flow if you allow yourself to be boredControl and creation work hand in handRESOURSES: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WeeklyWisdomPODInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/weeklywisdompodcast/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/MIKE9076231

Although your ego likes to think so, nothing in your life is permanent. Loved ones, materials, and even you will someday leave this Earth. The freedom is understanding that you don't know when. It could be tomorrow, a week, a month, or years away. Suffering occurs when you lose something you thought you would have one day longer. Live every day like its your last day on Earth because you, just like me, are only a guests on this planet. KEY POINTS: Grab life by the ballsNothing is permanent. Being open to your emotions is hard but necessary to living in alignment. ALL emotions, even negative, guide you to your best self. Instead of living in fear, suppressing, or hiding your emotions, feeling them will open the door to creativity and intuition. And YES, emotion for all genders and ages because emotion is part of being HUMAN. KEY POINTS:Emotion is a human experienceChildhood and culture has labeled males are not emotional, and females as emotional. You can't express the full spectrum of emotions if you're not feeling themNegative emotions are meant to serve you by drawing attention to certain aspects of your lifeFemales are better at listening to themselves before taking actionEmotion is a compass if you let it guide you.Emotion is another languageHelps creativity, connection with others, and intuitionEmotion is the language of the soul and spiritRESOURSES: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/WeeklyWisdomPODInstagram:https://www.instagram.com/weeklywisdompodcast/Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/user/MIKE9076231

This last week I saw the Shakespeare play, King Leer, and Doc from Back to the Future (Christopher Lloyd) was the main character. How can an 82 year old man perform every night for 25 days straight? You guessed it! He has passion. Finding your own passion is key to serving others while on the way to finding personal happiness. In other words, find your passion and your purpose will follow. KEY POINTS:You will find your purpose through your passionPurpose is a difficult starting pointChristopher Lloyd has passion which is why he is still able to act consistentlyFind what you love and stick to itYou have a unique talent, skill, or perspective that no one else can provideDon't worry about judgment, people will judge either way whether you're failing or winning. After spending hours and days researching, a 5 minute episode is ALL there is to show for my work. This is because preparation is essential for creation. In the wise words of Abraham Lincoln,"If I had 9 hours to cut down a tree, I would spent 6 of them sharpening my axe." KEY POINTS:FIRST EPISODEAny fished product/manifestation requires preparationWe often only see the tip of the icebergSet the goal then take the steps needed.
