Once upon a time, a Welshman, with an unusually surreal love for Blackburn Rovers, Hip Hop and all things Killa Tapes, bought some tapes from his favourite hip hop artists and placed a Killa Tapes Bill Shakes trader card on top of his ever growing collection of cassettes. Since then, Kelvin has professed to the world, “Bill Shakes Guards My Tapes”. He was so happy about his tapes, and the fact that his Bill Shakes trader card now guarded them, that he started an instagram page and a Facebook group as a way to show appreciation for the tunes he buzzes off so much. We asked Kelvin to put together a curated mix of the songs from his well guarded tape collection. The first curated playlist will be on air via www.killatapes.com, or our android app, from 8pm this evening! TRACKLIST: T REV - Diazepam T-REV - Diazepam (Part II) Likes (feat. We're joined by Asha Frost, an Indigenous Medicine Woman and a member of the Chippewas of Nawash First Nation, to discuss her lifelong journey of reclamation and her path as a healer. Asha provides profound insights into ways of integrating Medicine in our own lives and trusting ourselves as healers. Asha talks about shifting out of her private practice into her life work of sharing Medicine through Ceremonies, teaching and speaking events. We're also treated to some ideas from her new book, You Are the Medicine.Links:You Are the Medicine, Asha's new bookDear White Woman Who Wants to Be Like Me, Asha's essay that is mentioned at the beginning of the episodeCheck out Asha's website to learn about her healing work and see more writing from herWe love hearing from our listeners! This entire episode is a mish-mash of weird. Ryan plays another round of "Can I Say This?" (spoiler: no, he can't). Tiler introduces you to the 3-step process of starting your own podcast with another Be Like Me (all the advice is bad). Also, is it fair to say that you would believe any news delivered to you if it was that hunk Henry Cavill delivering it? Ghost nipples, Ryan kicks your dog, and the guys discuss their awkward bathroom habits, again. They are THOSEGUYSYOUHATE! Support this podcast
Welcome to Miami where Ryan promotes vehicular manslaughter, and Tiler gives you even worse advice than that (seriously) with another Be-Like-Me. Someone, once again, rises up to challenge Ryan's handicap, while Tiler teaches you to breathe (sort of). Another Douche o' the Week, Happy Death Day, and Ryan claims his inner voice is a "hot chick". They are THOSEGUYSYOUHATE! Support this podcast
The guys wage war all over the place in this one. Tyler calls out the IOC, Ryan shouts about Netflix and "The Bank". Also, is Wall-E just a glimpse into society's inevitable future? (Probably). Ryan negs Tyler and goes full-on Karen. Tyler has another "Be Like Me" and actually inspires Ryan. Old-Timey Headlines, Douche o' the Week, and Ryan finally learns that not everything can be solved with circus music. They are THOSEGUYSYOUHATE! Support this podcast

As if they weren't scummy enough, the guys decide to get into the betting game this week. By the way, weird segue, has John Stamos aged like a fine wine? (The only answer is yes) A PSA for your ASS in coming in hot and Tyler has another "Be Like Me", which, you would do well to just skip past it. Seriously, don't listen to it. The "advice" is just terrible. Anyway, with a war being declared on the Postal Service, Ryan phoning in his segment and Mia Khalifa... again. Plus, Scientific Racism? They are THOSEGUYSYOUHATE! Tyler has a brand new "Be Like Me" and gives out advice* to his fans and does his best to act cool. It fails spectacularly. Ryan claims Splish Splash is a workout banger... do with that what you will. Thankfully, he also gives us another True Crime!™ segment. Also, I know everybody has their "thing" but public masturbation doesn't count, right? Asking for a friend. They are THOSEGUYSYOUHATE! *It's not advice, it's just nonsense. You should NOT listen to either of them. Support this podcast
Ryan really leans into the "bully" role and uses show sounds to cause mayhem. Tyler on the other hand reads another "Be Like Me" and gives some of the worst advice you'll ever hear. You may want to skip this one. Especially considering Ryan tries his hand at poetry which sets off, what i believe to be, the saddest rap battle in history. All that and more (unfortunately) on this weeks session. They are THOSEGUYSYOUHATE! Support this podcast
