He has competed in cycling, triathlon, crossfit, weighlifting, jiujitsu and more.Professionally, he has been a hairdresser, make up artist, photographer, worked in the fashion industry and on the stage... all ultimately developing a skill for building relationships that led him into coaching. He has coached actors preparing for film roles, military service members preparing for selections, and athletes competing at elite levels. Perhaps most notably he coached Henry Cavill leading up to Man of Steel, Batman vs Superman, and Justice League. He also coach both actors and stunt crew for 300: Rise of an Empire, and led a team development camp for the Atlanta Braves.
