Jay Porterfield is a performance scientist of the Los Angeles Clippers. He is a former college athlete from the University of Southern California. Jay was hired by the Clippers back in 2016 and has worked to optimize athletes' performance on the court and rest and recovery off of it. Jay uses tools like data and analytics to monitor athletes and help them gain every edge they can. In this episode, Jay, Brock and Will discuss the NBA and how players prepare, perform and recover.
