Retailers around the world are preparing for one of the biggest shopping days each year. The BBC's Michelle Fleury in New York reports on how the pandemic is impacting plans for Black Friday in 2020. And we get further analysis from Ivan Mazour, who is a retail consultant and chief executive of Ometria, which works with 175 retailers from offices in New York and London.
