False teaching slowly deforms believers until they become unrecognizable from their original faith. Christians are called to actively maintain their faith through prayer, building each other up, and showing mercy to those affected by false teaching—whether they are wavering, wandering, or wayward. Ultimately, believers are reminded that God is able to keep them from falling away and present them faultless before His glorious presence.
