Songs: I Heard My Mother Call My Name in Prayer, and Mother's Bible by the "Cut Ups".Jude 1: 1 Jude, the servant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, to them that are sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ, and called: 2 Mercy unto you, and peace, and love, be multiplied. 3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. 4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. 5 I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not. 6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day. Also the first two chapters of Proverbs:Proverbs 1: 8 My son, hear the instruction of thy father, and forsake not the law of thy mother: 9 For they shall be an ornament of grace unto thy head, and chains about thy neck.
"The Doxology" (Jude 24-25) In Jude's closing two verses, the tone shifts from correction to praise. After six weeks of warning his audience about the danger of trusting their own wisdom, their own strength, and their own version of faith, Jude ends with a doxology: a word of glory directed at the only God who is actually able. [SPEAKER NAME] walks through what that word "able" really means, and why it is the most stabilizing truth a believer can hold. The teaching covers God's sovereignty as the foundation of every promise He makes, the specific Greek word Jude uses for "keep" in verse 24 (a word that implies being guarded from the inside, not just from external threat), and what it means that Christ will present us blameless before His Father with joy. Not reluctantly. Not barely. With joy. That Christ endured the cross with joy because of who He was purchasing is not a small thing, and this teaching does not let it pass quickly. Whether you have been walking through Jude from week one or are joining the series here at the close, this episode is for anyone who knows that their greatest spiritual threat is not what comes at them from the outside, but what rises up from within. The Fate of the Fallen, from our Midweek Bible Study: "Book of Jude" - 3.18.26 Taught by Russell Howard. Unbelief is not a passive thing. It is active, dangerous, and Scripture takes it with complete seriousness. In this Wednesday night teaching, Pastor Russell Howard works through Jude 5-7, showing how three Old Testament examples, apostate Jews, fallen angels, and the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah, each trace the same fatal pattern: unbelief leads to rebellion, and rebellion leads to judgment. He addresses the difference between someone who has genuinely trusted Christ and someone who has only ever dabbled around the edges of Christianity. Whether you are wrestling with doubt, examining your own faith, or trying to understand what the Bible says about those who walk away, this teaching gives you a biblical framework to think clearly and stand firm. ➡️ PODCAST CHANNELS McGregor Podcast: https://mcgregorpodcast.com Here at Home: https://hereathomepodcast.com Talk Truth: https://talktruthpodcast.com New to McGregor? The chief weapon for the saints of God who contend for the faith is the Word of God. But before we use it to contend, we have to first allow God to apply it to our personal life. Is Jesus too good to be true? He promises to to take all our faults and blame, but is there a catch? Watch now to find out what it is and be reminded of the greatness of our God! We've reached the end of our series in Jude—and what a journey it's been! Jude has warned us about false teachers, challenged us to stay faithful, and encouraged us to confront with care. But he closes with one of the most powerful doxologies in Scripture—*a reminder* of God's power, His glory, and His unmatched ability to preserve us, present us blameless, and give us eternal hope. Jude 24–25 shows us why we can trust God completely, even in a world filled with chaos, conflict, and discouragement. Instead of withdrawing in fear, Jude calls us to lift our eyes and rejoice because of who God is. If you've been feeling weighed down by the brokenness of our world — wars, division, violence, and discord — this message will lift your heart and remind you of the greatness of our God.

Confrontation
Are you keeping yourself in God's love? Jude tells us to, but what does that even mean—and how do we do it? Today we continue our series on Jude and discover a shift from defense to offense. Jude challenges us to be active*, *intentional*, and *daily in building our faith. In verses 20-21 he gives a clear game plan for staying in God's love: •Build up our faith* •Pray in the Holy Spirit* •Actively and expectantly wait for Jesus* This isn't something we do once a week for an hour or two on Sunday. Jude is calling us to a DAILY way of life that transforms everything. Are you ready to take your faith to the next level?

⚠️ Are you protecting your faith? In Jude 17–19, we are reminded to remember what Jesus warned us about. That we need to protect our faith from the danger of being led away from God by lies, deception, and false teaching. In this message we dig into this sobering warning in Jude and see how it applies to our daily lives: How To Recognize Spiritual Danger Jude tells us there will be people who make fun of God's truth, live for their own desires, divide others, and are not led by the Spirit. These voices may come through culture, media, relationships, or even within the church. How can we identify them? How To Remember the Word The only way to recognize a lie is to know the truth. Jude calls us back to the words of the apostles—preserved for us in Scripture. We can't “remember” what we don't first know. Practical Steps for Everyday Faith • Establish a rhythm of opening God's Word in your home. • Commit to Scripture memory—individually or as a family. • Pay attention to what voices are shaping your worldview—friends, coworkers, media, music, or social feeds. Friends, the Christian life is not lived on autopilot. There is a battle for your soul. But God has given us His Word and His Spirit so we can stand firm, recognize deception, and cling to the truth.
