Creating Joy After Grief with Lisa Herrington

My Simplified Life

Play Episode Listen Later Dec 1, 2020 33:11

Lisa Herrington is a mom, co-owner of a fitness studio, author, and an incredible human being with a beautiful soul. Lisa is the mom to 4 children that she raises here on earth and one angel baby and if you didn’t know about this one major life event in Lisa’s life, you would never imagine she had experienced such a life-changing tragedy.  She is my friend and weekly motivator, and radiates with the biggest smile I have ever seen. She truly inspires everyone around her. Lisa is getting real and vulnerable by sharing the story of losing her firstborn, a twin boy at birth, to an umbilical cord accident. Her life changed eight years ago and she has dealt with a grief that is unknown to most of us. Lisa is the true definition of resilience and strength.  Join us as we talk about Lisa’s story of how she has created such joy after experiencing immense grief and how her family honors her son, Brady.  Let's talk about resilience and overcoming grief!  What we're talking about Lisa’s Journey Through Grief After Losing Her Child Your Amazing Itty Bitty Grief Book Ways To Honor Your Loved Ones  Lisa’s Journey Through Grief After Losing Her Child After struggling to get pregnant, Lisa and her husband, Greg, were happily expecting fraternal twins. Her doctor described her as the model for a healthy twin pregnancy. Unexpectedly, during her 3rd trimester, her water broke and her world changed in an instant when she lost her firstborn to a rare prolapsed cord. It was waking up in a nightmare.  They had two days with their son Brady, and while she was thrust into this grief, Lisa was also a new mom to Brady’s twin brother, Luke. She felt like she went to war every day, but knew she had to get up each morning. She had a duty as a mom and Luke saved her in the sense that she had a bigger job than herself. She was Luke’s mom. During this time, her grief was heavy and it outweighed her joy.  Lisa’s world felt like it had shifted and that her identity had changed, because she didn’t know who she was anymore. That first year after losing Brady was mentally tough. Lisa learned that you need to give yourself grace while you are going through the grief process.  In the beginning, she felt tethered to the grief, but now she finds that she can walk beside it or it walks behind her. Her heart has become filled with so many other things that have brought joy into her life. Looking back on the process, she now appreciates the journey and the empathy for others that it has brought into her life. Lisa is the epitome of resilience. “Your Amazing Itty Bitty Grief Book”  While Lisa traveled the tough road of grief, she found herself wanting to provide a resource for people who don’t know what to say to their friends and family in their moments of grief.  She had found that her family and friends didn’t know what to say or do, and she didn’t have the energy in her grief to tell them what she needed. Lisa reminds us that just because a person has passed away, it doesn’t mean that the people closest to the loss aren’t thinking about them. Oftentimes people won’t know what to say, so they might not come around. Lisa’s book offers a pragmatic and helpful way to support those around you who are experiencing grief. When we experience loss, a void is created in our lives. While not everyone experiences grief the same way, it’s important to show up and just let them know that you’re there for them when they are ready.  2020 has challenged us all and it has been incredibly tough for those facing grief. We are seeing people pass away alone, which is hard for everyone involved.  While we work through our grieving process, it’s important to remember that we all need to keep showing up. Ways To Honor Your Loved Ones Lisa and her husband wanted their children to grow up knowing about their brother Brady. They shared with their children that he had passed away due to a cord accident and that he is still part of their family. They find special and different ways to honor him throughout the year.  During the holidays, the Herrington family hang a stocking with notes of gratitude, which they share on Christmas. They also celebrate Brady Day, May 12th every year, where they make a monetary donation in his honor. Now that Luke is older, he chooses where the donation goes. These traditions work for their family, and Lisa shares that something positive comes out of their grief and sadness. Some traditions don’t feel right, and Lisa shares that you have permission never to do them again. You need to find the traditions that work for your family. The more you create joy, the more you will look forward to that day and the tradition. Another tool Lisa recommends is movement which is the key to creating happiness. Movement can be a big part of the grieving process and coaching yourself to feel better. Lisa asks us all to carve out time to do something different, create a new tradition, and create our joy.  Remember, you are not alone, and you have the power to create joy around your grief. Dawn Foster is the owner of D. Foster Marketing who is sharing how to build your brand to include your "why.” After being offered an opportunity as a marketing consultant from someone in her network, Dawn took the leap and stepped away from her corporate career in marketing and advertising. She shares how it was scary to jump ship from a corporate job, but she was ready to do something different and focus on being an entrepreneur. Dawn stepped into her new business and helps small business owners and solopreneurs put together their branding and marketing strategies to align with their business goals and budget. Dawn is a spunky, sassy woman who is truly a Marketing Genius. She'll share many of the essential questions we need to ask about building your brand including implementing your "why.” And she'll also discuss how to make it part of your marketing strategy and how to measure it. Let's talk about how to implement your "why" into your marketing and build your brand!  What we're talking about How You Implement Your “Why” Into Your Marketing Strategy How To Share Your “Why” In Your Marketing Where To Start With Your Marketing To Include Your "Why" Learn About Measuring Your Marketing Numbers  How to Implement Your "Why" Into Your Marketing Strategy Dawn explains that you can't move forward if your brand isn't on a solid foundation. She describes the first step as determining where you are in your business. In the beginning, you can shape and understand how your brand is going to show up once you get to those marketing initiatives.  You have to have an understanding of your brand and clearly articulate why you do what you do. Dawn tells us to think about what makes you come back tomorrow, and what you love to do. This helps people show up authentically in their space. You need to figure out what your why is and tap into it and let that be your driving force for what you are working toward. It’s crucial that your "why" is true to allow you to show up authentically and to build your brand. How To Share Your “Why” In Your Marketing Once you know your “why,” you need to share your posts in a multi-media mix. You should consider how your website speaks to your why and how SEO plays into this. What are you doing for your audience? Take that information and craft a way to reach them. Give them the info they need, the tools to get better, and articulate how that will make their lives easier.  Dawn shares with us that you have to retrain yourself to show up as who you are because it's your business. Our emails should be professional if that is who you are, but you should feel free to show up exactly as you are, and if that means adding a GIF to your email, go for it! You should be the same person in emails as you are in person. Show up as who you are because people want to feel connected with you. They want to feel like they have a relationship with you.  Where To Start With Your Marketing To Include Your "Why" Dawn shares what marketing initiatives will help you scale better. She says that you have to ensure you build out your brand and pay attention to everything you do. Look at what you are sharing on social media and know what people care about.  You have to be in the places that the people you serve are hanging out. Dawn tells us that you don't need to be on every platform, but you have to determine where you get your leads and show up there. You need to do what makes sense for your business and not what the hot new trend is. Learn About Measuring Your Marketing Numbers  When you start your business, you should measure the results in order to make better marketing decisions. Dawn tells us that some of the numbers we should be measuring are ROI, engagement, and followers. You want to share a mix of content that includes sending people to your blog and website, sharing testimonials, and showing a day in your life. Then, look at what worked well to help you reach your goals and make sure you implement more of that. Pay attention to those numbers, since they will show you what your audience wants. If you haven't already, go back and listen to last week's episode with Robyn Graham about the 5 W's of Branding and how without a brand, you can't market your business. Today’s episode with Dawn is the ultimate next step in that process. Today we are mixing things up a bit and not focusing on one topic, but the questions of what’s the number 1….I get a lot of questions that usually start with “what’s the number 1…?” because people want a straight answer on what my favorite thing is or my biggest piece of advice. Today I am sharing those questions and sharing the most common number one type of questions I receive. We’re still tackling topics such as accounting platforms, managing your finances when you start your business, and much more.  Get ready for this rapid fire episode that is filled with questions and answers! What we’re talking about  Starting Your Business Structuring Your Finances First Step In Business Finance What I Wish I Knew When I Started My Business Categorizing Transactions Best Bookkeeping Tool For An Online Business Best Money Earning Hack Starting Your Business The first question I get asked most often is “What’s the first thing I need to start with in my business?”. I’ve said this time and again and will continue to say that separating your personal and business finances is the first thing you should do in your business.  Structuring Your Finances Going hand in hand with what to do with your finances when starting your business is how to structure your finances. What’s the best way to structure your finances to keep them easy and clear? Just as separating your personal and business finances is what you should do in the beginning, this is also the way you should structure your business finances going forward.  Just that one tiny action will have such a tremendous effect on your financial organization.  First Step In Business Finance What one action should I make a habit to get my business finances in order? If you want to get your business finances in order, then I suggest you do your bookkeeping on an ongoing regular basis. Once a week is ideal. This habit is one you’ll carry with you throughout your business journey and it will ensure organization and stress relief.  What I Wish I Knew When I Started My Business So often I get asked what is the one thing I wish I knew about finances when I first started my business. The truth is that I wish I had simply paid attention to my finances and dealt with them. I avoided dealing with them and it caused me stress. By paying attention to your finances and dealing with and engaging with them, you’ll avoid stress that you otherwise would have if you pretend they didn’t exist.  Categorizing Transactions I talk a lot about ensuring you properly categorize your income and expenses and because of that, I often get this next question. What is your biggest challenge with categorizing transactions correctly? The answer is simply knowing what “correctly” meant.  Best Bookkeeping Tool For An Online Business What’s the best bookkeeping tool for an online business? This is by far the #1 question I get! My advice is to find the right tool for yourself. Selecting a digital bookkeeping program or software is the best way to go about managing your business income and expenses because it automates so much and there’s a low risk of human error. Quickbooks online is the best that currently exists. Best Money Earning Hack I am all about finances and money, therefore it’s not uncommon for me to be asked what my best money hack is to making more money. The business model strategy I believe in and practice is to diversify your income streams. Diversifying cushions you from unpredictable things happening. Diversification is about who you work with and not just about solely having different products and services you sell. Things you should look at are the types of customers you serve, the price points you serve customers at,  your various offerings, and sales channels. Diversification is having enough roots in enough places. It’s ensuring that if some roots get chopped off or sick or rotted….that the other roots are healthy enough to still sustain the tree that is your business. You might recognize Kara Elise, host of celebrity wellness parties from her previous interview where she compared her previous relationships to various foods. Now, Kara has not only met her cheeseburger, but is engaged to him! West Point Grad, former NFL Draft Pick, and motivational speaker, Caleb Campbell is joining Kara on today’s episode and we are talking about their journey to finding themselves and then each other. What began as two single people who were on separate journeys has turned into a couple who are working together and have launched a podcast that is asking all the right questions. Between curating dinner parties to creating spaces for people to feel more understood, this couple is changing lives and encouraging people to lead their lives in a way that serves them. You have to be your own cheeseburger, because someone else isn’t the answer to your hunger. What we’re talking about Kara & Caleb’s Journeys To Finding Themselves, Then Each Other  Living A Life Unattached To “Things” The Importance Of Finding Value & Giving Value Kara & Caleb’s Journeys to Finding Themselves, Then Each Other Kara and Caleb’s journeys were similar in that they were both working on themselves in order to make space for the right person to come into their lives. One of the keys in that was for them to accept their lives where they were at that moment. Caleb describes it as a journey of where you are, accepting it and a journey of letting go. It’s about acceptance of your life and that if it were to never change, being ok with that.  Kara and Caleb attended the same writing workshop together and on day 1, Kara had decided she was content with her life as it was and Caleb opened up to everyone by crying. Both knew that they had to trust that the universe was for them and that being vulnerable would allow for inner healing.  Caleb’s former life involved the NFL, but it had not been about the NFL.  It had been a time of finding significance. Looking back, he realizes that by looking for significance, he wonders when he was actually robbed of it in the first place, needing to search for it.  Living A Life Unattached To “Things” As most couples do, Kara and Caleb have discussed money. Neither of them have felt it was a priority because it’s always been taken care of, but money is something we want to control, hold onto and figure out. The same can be said about eating disorders. It’s not about the food, but about feeling safe and in control. Both are used as coping mechanisms. Kara and Caleb don’t want to live life attached to “things” or things looking a certain way, whether it’s relationships, money or anything else. The Importance Of Finding Value & Giving Value Value begets value. Caleb shares that every time you give value, value will be returned to you, therefore you can make amazing things happen every single day by what you do. In order to bring value, you need to come from a place of operating out of the present and with a want to continuously grow and evolve.  Caleb and Kara have done the inner work and healing and want to offer it externally, which is why they launched their new podcast. It’s not about finding answers in life, but about asking the right questions. Every question leads to the journey of answering that question.  Are you asking the right questions of yourself? The Importance Of Doing Research In Your Business

Research is one of the most important aspects of your business and applies to virtually everything you do from launching your business to growing it. Research takes work and isn’t the sexiest topic, but it can literally set you apart from competitors, grow your business more rapidly, and ensure that you are speaking directly to your ideal client. You are researching things in your life right now,  such as how to cut hair at home because you want direction and best practices before trying it yourself. Shouldn’t this theory apply to your business?! It should and I’m sharing how it can. I research things in my business and as a part of my business every single day. I start with stalking my current clients as part of our strategy and go all the way to researching and stalking podcasts to find the right fit for my clients. I researched my business before launching it and utilize these skills in my everyday life as well. Get ready to ask questions and look for answers! What we’re talking about Research & A SWOT Analysis Can Grow Your Business Identify Your Ideal Client & Stand Out From Your Competitors Utilizing Research To Launch A Business Research & A SWOT Analysis Can Grow Your Business In the corporate world it is very common for businesses to utilize a SWOT analysis to better understand their positioning in their industry. A SWOT analysis looks at the strengths of a company, the weakness, the opportunities that are out there, and the threats presented by competitors. In Michelle Terpstra’s From Hello To Closed sales strategy course, one of the first exercises she goes over with business owners is the creation of a SWOT analysis. In order to succeed in this, you have to research not only your competitors, but your own business as well. Research is what is going to help you identify the areas in which you are doing great and where improvements can be made. It also gives you an aerial view at where you stand in comparison to your competitors.  Identify Your Ideal Client & Stand Out From Your Competitors Utilizing research can help you identify your ideal client, as well as ensure your service or product speaks directly to them. You might be surprised to find out how many people are willing to answer your questions when it relates to their pain points and what kind of solutions they’re looking for. If you take all of this information into consideration as you build your business, then you will be speaking directly to your ideal client when you create your content and services. If your competitors aren’t taking the time to do the same thing, you’re definitely going to stand out from the crowd.  Utilizing Research To Launch A Business I didn’t start off in the podcasting industry, nor did I know what it took to produce a podcast. How did I learn? Research. Whether you are wanting to make a career switch or launch a new business or grow the one you have, research is going to help you get started and grow. From learning about education and courses you should take to the legal aspects and licenses you’ll need to how best to market your business, doing research is what will get you started and ahead in everything.  What are you researching this week? There is information overload right now with all things coronavirus related and it can seem overwhelming. We are getting some clear do’s and don’ts from Dr. Ben Johnston and his wife, Alyssa Rosenheck (she’s been on the podcast before!). We are getting Dr. Ben’s medical point of view after talking to numerous doctors and reading a lot of research. We are also hearing from Alyssa who is an interiors and architectural photographer and sharing her views as a business owner who is anticipating a book tour in the fall. Disclosure: Dr. Ben is an ear, nose and throat surgeon, not an epidemiologist or virologist. The views expressed in this interview are his. Please consult your doctor for opinions, your personal risks, and diagnosis.  Let’s have an honest conversation about Coronavirus! What we’re talking about Dr. Ben’s Views On Wearing A Face Mask  What Does The Future Of Social Interacting Look Like? Pre-Existing Conditions & The Risk of Coronavirus Dr. Ben’s Views On Wearing A Face Mask If you go to the grocery store, you most likely see people in face masks, but there are still some who aren’t wearing masks. There are different types of masks such as the N95 which is designed to protect physicians and medical staff. Dr. Ben says wearing a mask really depends on the setting and environment. He recommends wearing a mask especially if you are indoors and have a prolonged exposure to others. If you are outdoors, such as at a beach, then the value of a mask might not be as high as if you are indoors. The important thing to remember is that wearing a mask protects those around you. Wearing a mask is a sign of solidarity and community and you are supporting your community when you wear one.  What Does The Future Of Social Interacting Look Like? Summer is coming up and so are 4th of July celebrations, but what will those celebrations look like? Dr. Ben discusses the risk tolerance of being infected and how that will determine what social interaction is going to look like in the months to come. With warmer weather come the hopes of a reprieve in the virus and a prediction that families and communities will want to come together again. Most likely we won’t see big city gatherings for fireworks displays though. As more testing and research on antibodies come out, we’ll know more, but right now there’s no reason to cancel everything in the future. Dr. Ben advises you should have cautious optimism, but also have a really strong Plan B. Alyssa reminds us that the opportunities could have unexpected positive results and outcomes, so don’t get discouraged.  Pre-Existing Conditions & The Risk Of Coronavirus Alyssa is a thyroid cancer survivor, but that fact doesn’t necessarily make her high-risk for contracting Coronavirus. High risk factors include being over the age of 65 and a weakened immune system. Inflammation is playing a factor, yet research is showing that people with asthma and severe allergies appear to be less susceptible to getting it.  We’re all looking for answers...did you get some today?  LINKS MENTIONED EP 120: The #1 Thing To Do During COVID-19 Quarantine (Work From Home Part 2) The New Southern Style Alyssa Rosenheck's Website Alyssa Rosenheck's Instagram  Hackwith Design Hedly and Bennett CDC National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Twitter Scott Gottlieb's Twitter Eric Topol's Twitter

We are following up to last week’s episode about your Profit & Loss Report by asking the question of why is your profit different from your bank balance each month? Which numbers are the ones you should be focusing on? Simply put, the answer is BOTH! Your profit and your cash flow play important roles in your business finances and you should look closely at both of them on a monthly basis and more.  Let’s start comparing numbers! What we’re talking about  What’s A Profit & Loss Report? What Is Cash Flow? How Much Money Do I Really Have? What’s a Profit & Loss Report? A Profit & Loss report shows you... How much money you’ve made  How much money you’ve spent on your cost of goods  How much you’ve spent on operating expenses How much money you’ve made in profit There are three sections of a Profit & Loss Report.  Income: This shows you your total income over a period of time which can be broken up by revenue stream. It’s helpful if you’re generating revenue through various income streams (like consulting, digital products, and physical products) so you can see how you’re making money.  You can view your revenue on a macro level, which is the grand total, or you can view it on a micro-level, which includes the details of what income streams make up your total revenue.  Cost of goods sold: Like the income section, this can also be broken down by different types of costs, such as raw materials and labor.  Expenses: This shows you all of your operating expenses by expense category and the grand total. Often, your expense categories are the same as your tax deductions category, so this part of the report is helpful when filing your taxes.  The final line of a Profit & Loss report is the net operating income or your profit. If this number is positive, then you’ve made more money than you’ve spent. If this number is negative, then you’ve spent more than you’ve earned.  What is not included on a P&L report: not all the cash that’s gone out of your business. It only shows the cash gone out of your business that goes towards your cost and business expenses (what you’ve spent).  What Is Cash Flow? Your cash flow and profit are different things, therefore they are different numbers. Profit doesn’t include as ins and outs as cash flow does. Profit doesn’t take into account things such as paying yourself or the amount of money that you’ve taken out personally or put in personally.  Cash flow includes the amount you pay to your credit card or on a loan or debt payment because cash flow includes the payment of liabilities. When you pay a liability, it’s not categorized as an expense because it was already categorized and accounted for when you spent the money.  Your cash flow shows credit card or loan or debt payments because they are liabilities.  Cash flow is actual cash, not when someone owes you money. It is true cash coming out of your business and includes payments for liabilities, paying yourself, paying owners, loans you receive, and more. How Much Money Do I Really Have? When comparing your bank balance to your profit and loss report, you might be wondering which number is correct. You should start by looking at your profit, not at your bank balance. Strategize on how you want to spend your profit and start allocating it to either invest, pay for taxes, etc. Remember though that you don’t actually have this amount of money in the bank because you’ve already made decisions along the way on how to spend your profit, whether on credit card payments or other purchases. Your goal should be to get to the point where you have more money in your bank account that you have in profit so you can allocate it easier.  Both your profit and your bank balance numbers are important and both represent what is left over. Your profit is how much you actually made, while your bank account is how much you have on hand. They’re equally important and you should treat them as such.  Are you studying both your cash flow and your profit and loss report?  LINKS MENTIONED EP 19: What reports do I need to look at for my business?  https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/what-reports-do-i-need-to-look-at-for-my-business/id1492829058?i=1000473632794 Free Profit & Loss Template (inside the Biz Finance Survival Kit)  andismiles.com/survivalkit Healthy Cash Flow Management That Won’t Freak You Out! https://andismiles.com/2017/03/21/healthy-cash-flow-management/ How to Avoid Feast or Famine in Your Business https://andismiles.com/2018/04/02/how-to-avoid-feast-or-famine-in-your-business/

Today I am celebrating the fact that we’ve made it through another day during quarantine! We are still on lockdown and there are definitely some sweet times with the kids, but it is hard to parent and work at the same time. For that reason alone, we are celebrating the fact that we are doing a great job and you should be doing the same. I am not a multi-tasker when it comes to dealing with 2 important things such as work and being a parent at the exact same time. I built my business so that I wouldn’t have to do both of these important things at the same time, but right now, we have to do it all. Last week, we discussed the #1 thing you should do with your kids and today we are talking about the #1 thing you should do with your work during this time. Hint...it has to do with cutting your to-do list in half! You’re doing a great job! Keep showing up! What we’re talking about Deciding Your Future 3 Years From Now  Simplifying Your Work To Do List Your New Ritual - Celebrating Every Night Deciding Your Future 3 Years From Now Work is an important part of our lives and how we show up during this time can be overwhelming. To help you figure out how to show up, look at 6 months from now and decide how you want to look back on this time. In order to decide what we want that to look like, create your 3 year manifesto and start planning how your life will look 3 years from now. By doing this, you’ll know what to focus on during this time and it will help you discover what the meaningful things are. Simplifying Your Work To Do List Simplify your work to do list by only focusing on the things that are truly meaningful. You’re going to discover what is meaningful to you by working on your 3 year manifesto and deciding what you want your life to look like. Cut your to do list in half and make those tasks the most significant ones that will help you move the needle in your business.  Your New Ritual - Celebrating Every Night We all have a natural tendency to focus on the things we should have done instead of focusing on celebrating the things we have done. Every night, take some time to write down 10 things you accomplished that day and notice the small things. From taking a shower to getting a workout in, you’re doing it all and you’re doing a great job! Start celebrating your accomplishments consistently and teach your brain to become more resilient. Celebrate yourself every single day! Are you celebrating how amazing you are? The Importance of Strategizing & Identifying Your Key Offerings

Strategizing is a part of business, but how can you strategize in your own business to strengthen your offerings and expertise? Strategy sessions should be something you tackle every quarter and make adjustments along the way, so you don’t get stuck somewhere. When you identify your strengths and hone in on your exact offerings and expert topics, then you are not only going to move the needle in your business, but also gain a new confidence in yourself. You have the power to strategize your future! What we’re talking about What Is Strategizing? How To Create A Strategy Plan The Importance Of Being Specific In Your Expert Topics What Is Strategizing? Strategizing is creating a plan of attack. It’s looking at the big picture of your business and breaking it down into smaller pieces, identifying your goals and creating a map on how you will achieve those goals. I recommend strategizing with someone else so that you can get an outside opinion on your business and the way the world sees you.  How To Create A Strategy Plan I feel you can’t strategize unless you have the big picture in mind. When I strategize with my clients, I do a deep dive into everything the world sees about them. I look at their website, their social media, I Google them and much more. I listen to their stories, their successes and failures, their goals and what they want to be known for. Identify everything you can when it comes to how you want to be seen by the world and how the world actually sees you. The same goes for your offerings in your business. Have an outside person look at what your offerings are and discover if they are in-line with what you want them to be.  The Importance Of Being Specific In Your Expert Topics Being overly broad when it comes to showcasing your expertise is not a good thing, especially when it comes to podcast pitching. Hosts are looking for new and original topics and it does them no good to have guests who want to talk about the same thing over and over. You have a story and a message to share, so be specific about it. It’s much more attractive to a host to be pitched on a topic that is specific, such as how to reinvent yourself after cancer and divorce versus starting a new career in mid-life. Be specific and stand out from the crowd! Are you ready to strategize and create your plan of attack?  LINKS MENTIONED EP 20: Learning How To Strategize Your Business with Michelle Terpstra https://www.mysimplifiedlife.net/ep20/ EP 22: How Video Can Help your Small Business With Emmy Award Winner Patricia Kelikani https://www.mysimplifiedlife.net/ep22/

Get a drink in hand for this happy hour episode! It’s one of my FAVORITE, and perhaps most polarizing, topics to discuss: THE “HUSTLE”. What if I told you that it’s not just possible, but recommended, to simply opt out? That this whole concept is keeping you safe and playing small? In this episode, you’ll hear how others are defining the word “hustle”, and how a simple reframe can change everything. I discuss what the importance of your end goal and why the current one is distorting your reality. After this episode, you’ll learn what you should focus on and prioritize everyday, and more importantly why I’m waging war on “The Hustle”. You with me? Let’s find out.
