After some local Gigs he got a residency at the famous Club Douala Ravensburg. The Sets and Productions of the Vinyllover are embossed of deep Basslines and melodic Synths, Pianos and Strings. We are really happy with this new edition in our guest mix series. This one comes from YOUVE (@youvemusic). The Rostock-based duo Michi and Matthias dropped us a very nice techno mix and the opening track from Township Rebellion is spot on. It sets the right mood for the rest of this fantastic & powerful mix. Show some ❤ and repost when you like the mix. Both artists come from the north of the Germany and met several years ago. They both were playing under their own name and each one in their own genre and direction. They met and decided to combine forces and let the different musical influences of them both set the flow of what was to come and what you hear today: powerful, melodic and emotional techno. Ihre musikalische Vergangenheit weist dabei weitere Parallelen auf – beide waren in ihrer Jugend jahrelang als Drummer aktiv. Rhythmus und Beats waren schon immer ein fester Bestandteil ihres Lebens. Mitte 2012 kam schließlich zusammen, was zusammenkommen musste – Vamos Art wurde geboren. Ihre Interpretation von Rihannas „Stay“, die erste Veröffentlichung der Jungs, erreichte in kürzester Zeit einen hohen Bekanntheitsgrad und wurde von namhaften DJs gespielt. Eigene Tracks und Remixe auf Dusted Decks, Traumschallplatten, Der Turnbeutel, Wonnemusik, Decadencia Records, Audio Safari, Pure*, Lochmann Records und Grossstadtvögel folgten. Der Tech-House beeinflusste Sound von Vamos Art charakterisiert sich vor allem durch gefühlvolle Klänge und verspielte Breaks, die für Gänsehaut-Feeling auf jeder Tanzfläche sorgen. Melodiöse Klangteppiche sind in ihrem musikalischen Repertoire gleichermaßen anzutreffen, wie treibende Bass-Lines. Man darf mehr als gespannt sein, welche Produktionen von den beiden in Zukunft folgen werden. Vamos Art – That is Lars Giereth and Andi Zielbauer from Stuttgart Both have been engaged as residents in the Decadencia Event Series where they have already shared the stage with well-known names of the scene. While Lars has been turning the black gold since 2005, Andi got on board in 2009 with productions and live sets. Their musical background also shows further parallels – both were active as drummers in their youth for many years. Rhythm and beat have always been a part of their life. In the middle of 2012 they finally came together and then of course what happened was: Vamos Art was born! Their interpretation of Rihannas “Stay”, the first publication of the boys, reached a high familiarity in a short time and was played by many well-known DJs. Dennis Ihm, ein junger Produzent und DJ aus Berlin, begann im Teenageralter sich für die House Musik zu interessieren. Berlin war hierfür der perfekte Ort und schnell wurde ihm bewusst, dass er seinen eigenen Stil in die Musik mit einfließen lassen will. Mit Releases auf PlayWithUs und Lochmann Records wurde ein Anfang gemacht, welcher Mitte November auf ElectroniqueNU weitergeführt wird.
