Egal was, egal wer! *Kapitel* 0:00:00 Einleitung 0:03:05 Getränkepodcast 0:11:54 Bandshirts der Woche 0:15:34 Unser Wochenende 0:23:12 Kommentare kommentiert 0:46:05 Hauptthema *Links* Blutspenden mit Metallica: https://www.blutspende.de/presse/pressemitteilungen/metallica-engagiert-sich-fuer-die-drk-blutspend @undergroundedtube presents Czechia Under The Horms: https://youtu.be/yW2MH_wIrTg?si=bKr3q9vrnp1rSUQ4 *Links* Adrian singt bei Blakylle: https://www.blakylle.de/ Andi erreicht ihr unter andi@totgehoert.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ More Metal to find at http://totgehoert.com ...on Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/totgehoert ...on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Totgehoert ...on X (Twitter): https://twitter.com/totgehoert?lang=de ...on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/totgehoert/ Wenn ihr uns unterstützen wollt, schmeißt uns gern hier etwas in den virtuellen Hut: https://ko-fi.com/totgehoert

This week's entry to the Four Four Local Selection welcomes Meath-based DJ and producer ERNƎSTAS to the series. This upcoming tech and minimal house talent has been turning heads with an exceptional arsenal of unreleased material since surfacing and has racked up numerous gigs as a result. Lock in for the next hour and hear what ERNƎSTAS is all about. Ernestas has made a significant dent in Dublin's house music scene in a relatively short span of time, in just over a year he has supported Alisha, Robbie Doherty, Cam Stockman, Tommy Phillips, and more. He's become a regular outfit for one of Dublin's leading parties, Omni, where he has also recently performed at their Open Air festival alongside Irish house music veteran Eric Brown. ERNƎSTAS also won the Four Four Mix Series Competition last October, earning the opportunity to play at Otherside Festival, which was his first festival appearance. Not to mention picking up his UK gig debut in Brighton, where he supported house music fan-favourite Laidlaw. His productions have gained notoriety right across the industry and has recently released on Belters Only We Are Active Records. Undoubtedly, there is much more to come from this bright talent and we are extremely excited to see where he ends up on his musical journey. For the next 60 minutes, dial into this funk-driven recording from ERNƎSTAS. Acid-tinged basslines, sultry vocals, and airtight drums can be heard in abundance throughout, alongside a number of unreleased gems from ERNƎSTAS himself. A truly big buzz from one of Ireland's hottest house music prospects, who keeps his foot on the gas from the off. Fast becoming one of the stand out shows of the year, and the perfect event to kick start the summer season. A real pleasure to play at events like this one, when people make the effort to travel from all over the world. Loved it. Enjoy the set.

From the streets of the South Bronx to running one of the busiest weed operations in New York City — this is the story of Angel Diaz, aka Julito. In this raw and unfiltered interview, Julito breaks down how he was raised in the drug game, watching his mother move heroin and cocaine before stepping into the streets himself at just 12 years old. From selling crack and flipping weed to building a massive distribution network moving pounds daily, he shares how loyalty, hustle, and survival shaped his rise. But the game comes with a price. Julito opens up about violence, betrayal, federal indictments, and the moment everything came crashing down due to snitches and internal conflict. After years behind bars, he reflects on the truth most don't talk about: There's no glory in the street life. Go Support Julito!

In this OAS season finale Tony takes us out properly with a tribute to Ozzy Osbourne. No Sabbath, just Ozzy. What a great episode to honor the late great Prince of Darkness. Tony did this episode right and tasteful by putting a lot of thought into what songs he would pick and he gave us the heart of Ozzy's career. Thank you Tony for another great episode and we look forward to the next season of Open Air Sonar.
Dark Entries and Ransom Note present a defiant comeback from Gavilán Rayna Russom, featuring remixes from Russell E.L. Butler and Borusiade. Gavilán Rayna Russom built Black Meteoric Star in Berlin in 2006, less as a project than as a form of protection: a performance identity that could carry truths she wasn't yet able to live openly, a vehicle for the intersection of electronic dance music and queer resistance. In the years since her reach has been wide, her presence felt across stages and in studios that stretched well beyond the underground, but Black Meteoric Star has always remained something distinct. An avenger. A keeper of a more radical flame. ‘5am Open Air Sunrise' captures something very specific: that hour on the dancefloor where exhaustion dissolves into transcendence, where the body gives up resisting, and something more honest takes over. It was recorded live, which means the contributions from Russell E.L. Butler and Borusiade are less remixes than full reconstructions, each expanding the emotional landscape while preserving the original's energy. Rayna has been clear about what's driving the return: “Black Meteoric Star is one of those characters I created for survival. And this moment demands its return.” With a full album waiting in the wings, ssh! – this feels like an opening statement worth paying attention to. Dark Entries make for natural co-conspirators on something this uncompromising.

Seattle's new socialist mayor just took office, and surprise—the city is quietly decriminalizing open drug use while telling you they're not. The Police Officers Guild says leadership issued a directive to stop arrests for public substance use, routing offenders to yet another toothless diversion program instead. The mayor claims no policy change happened, but a leaked memo from the Police Chief tells officers to divert all possession and use charges away from prosecution. Meanwhile, people are living in multiple tents on city sidewalks while also getting free tiny houses, shooting up in front of Pike Place Market tourists, and cycling endlessly through programs with zero accountability. Portland tried this with Measure 110—overdoses skyrocketed, and they had to recriminalize. Seattle learned nothing. Is "suicidal empathy" really compassion, or is it just enabling death and decay? When will cities realize that arresting and treating addicts might actually save lives? If you're tired of failed policies dressed up as progressive compassion, subscribe and hit that notification bell. Let me know in the comments: Will Seattle ever learn?
