From launching a historic Cross Encounter with just three people to witnessing global expansion unfold in small, hidden places, this episode invites listeners into a deeper awareness of what true obedience and fellowship look like. Nancy reflects on the prophetic significance of this trip, the power of taking small next steps, and how real expansion is happening in others as they take their seat @ His table. Whether it's renting a car or watching sons rise up in Poland, Ireland, or Iowa, this isn't about appearances—it's about presence. Big is inside the small, and He is on the move. Welcome back to the Pick and Go! It's the last episode of 2025 after what has been a very long and interesting season, filled with some C-class tipping, surprising results, and a whole lot of unanswered questions. The lads kick things off by being asked the big one: what do they rate the All Blacks out of 10—and why? After what could be considered a just-above-average international season, the ABs showed flashes of what they can do, but also left fans with plenty of uncertainty and inconsistency. How do we trust them going into next year? Have they lost their aura? With the All Blacks' final game of the season now in the books, the lads dissect the 50 points they put on Wales. Were we satisfied with that? They also dive into a full review of the South Africa vs Ireland test—a match full of drama with multiple yellow cards and a red. Are Australia and Joe Schmidt under some pressure after getting beaten by France to close out their tour? To wrap up this season's podcast, the lads give out some way-too-early predictions for 2026: who's going to win Super Rugby, who takes out the NPC, and the tough question of all tough questions—how many games do they think the All Blacks will lose next year?
Welcome back to the Pick and Go Podcast! Despite an impressive opening 20 minutes from the All Blacks, England came out swinging, determined to crush their grand slam hopes. What began as a promising display quickly unraveled the All Blacks' attack looked disjointed, at times even schoolboy-like, while England simply wanted it more.Wales finally broke their 19-game drought with a gritty one-point win over Japan a result that brought much-needed relief and belief back into their camp. Ireland, meanwhile, comfortably put Australia to bed. The Wallabies looked tired, mentally drained, and still feeling the aftereffects of a long and punishing Lions campaign. The All Blacks now face Wales this weekend to close out the northern tour. After a mixed series of performances, fans will be hoping the men in black can finish strong and remind everyone what this team is truly capable of when they find their rhythm.

In today's message (Always Rejoice) Pastor Cochran teaches God's people that having a good reputation is extremely important. We will all go through things, but we must rejoice amid hard trials. Welcome back to the Pick and Go Podcast! International footy is in full swing as the lads do a full review of the second week of the northern tour. New Zealand were lucky to come away with the win over Scotland thanks to D-mac, with a few cards being dished out over the weekend — is discipline an issue for New Zealand? South Africa put the French team away despite having only 14 men on the pitch for most of the game after a straight red card, and the question is asked: are South Africa playing the best brand of footy right now? As international rugby continues into another week, the lads predict their New Zealand side to take on England this weekend, with a bit of a reshuffle needed due to injuries. Will we see a kicking strategy from England this weekend? The Italians will be looking to carry on their form from last weekend but will be coming up against a very strong South African side. Australia need to bounce back after getting shocked by the Italians last weekend, as they take on the short-priced favourites in Ireland. The lads finish by putting their money where their mouth is for this week's punt.

Season 9, Episode 25 of PSA: The Mental Health Podcast dives head-first into one of the most polarizing questions in modern relationships: can men and women really be just friends? Izzy Baker sits down with Jessi Holley, host of Everybody Can't Go Podcast and author of the book that started her brand, for a brutally honest breakdown of friendship, lust, and boundaries in the age of OnlyFans and DM culture. What begins as a playful conversation about “the friend zone” quickly turns into a deeper discussion about lust, maturity, and blurred lines. Jesse opens up about having long-term platonic friendships with men — no flings, no past, no “almost.” Izzy challenges the notion that men and women can keep it that clean, pointing to how lust, trauma, and social conditioning make it hard to separate attraction from friendship.Together, they unpack how sexual trauma and overexposure have rewired how this generation views connection, and why so many people can't see friendship without filtering it through desire. The conversation gets raw as they debate the OnlyFans effect — how posting provocative content or monetizing sexuality affects how men perceive and approach women, and where accountability versus respect really starts.Jessi brings fire and wisdom, explaining why confidence, not chaos, should define friendship. Izzy plays devil's advocate, asking if some women set themselves up for blurred boundaries by ignoring red flags that always looked like Six Flags. The two go back and forth about trust, temptation, and emotional bleed — when friendships get too deep, too fast, and start to feel like mini-relationships.By the end, they're not just talking about male-female friendships — they're dissecting how ego, insecurity, and emotional immaturity keep people from building anything real. If you've ever been accused of “doing too much” with a friend, or questioned whether your “bro” or “sis” might secretly want more — this one will hit home.Listen. Reflect. And decide for yourself — can men and women really just be friends?Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/p-s-a-the-mental-health-podcast--5520511/support.TrustBuilder Package
David and Karen Mains share what they have learned about the power that comes from learning how to lament and the need for genuine lament to become a part of a Christian's life: “The time has come for the American church to discover the biblical practice of lamenting or grieving over the massive problems confronting our nation and our world.”

In today's Here We Go episode, Nancy shares from Clewiston, Florida, reflecting on a powerful truth about divine union with the Father. Reading from a devotional that describes how “the impurity of dirt cannot be united with the purity of gold,” she unpacks why God sends His fire—not to harm us, but to destroy everything that keeps us from oneness with Him. Nancy explains that experiences in life may be real, but the lies they teach us about God must be faced and demolished by His truth. Through honest conversations with the Father, deep healing begins—not to simply manage pain, but to restore true intimacy and maturity. This episode calls listeners to stop consulting their past for answers and to start referring all things to truth Himself, allowing the fire of God's love to refine and prepare us for divine union. Coming to you from her final stop in Europe at the Hilton in Frankfurt, Nancy reflects on the richness of recent gatherings and the sobering reality of what it means to live as a maturing son in today's spiritual climate. With personal stories, piercing honesty, and strong warnings, she draws from decades of experience to reveal how seduction, shame, and subtle desires can pull us off the path—especially when we're on the verge of breakthrough. This episode explores the true cost of becoming the message, the necessity of allowing God to disintegrate the false so that true life may emerge, and how the enemy waits for moments of vulnerability to twist truth into traps. Through it all, Nancy calls us to stay with the Father, allow Him to meet our needs, and stay sober and loyal in our devotion to Him alone. Thanks for Listening! In this episode recorded from the heart of Germany, Nancy shares a deeply practical and spiritual reminder: true maturity in Christ comes only as the Father Himself meets our real, God-given needs. Speaking from her new home in Frankenberg and in the midst of travel and ministry, Nancy unpacks the difference between being a babe in Christ and remaining immature—showing how discipleship is not about formulas or performance but about development, discernment, and decisions that flow from abiding union with the Father. Whether you're just beginning your journey or have walked with Him for years, this episode invites you to let the Father love you, nurture you, and mature you into a son who walks in true dependence and rest. In this timely episode recorded in Germany, Nancy invites listeners into a raw, real-time reflection on desire, distraction, and the great chill overtaking much of the Church. As she reads from A.W. Tozer's The Pursuit of God and speaks from her own journey through Europe, Nancy calls sons back to their source—oneness with the Father. She confronts the temptation to let others do our seeking for us and reignites the call to holy desire. Whether you're standing at a threshold or crossing it, this message is a stirring invitation to return to the path, fueled not by insecurity or performance, but by the jealous love of God who waits to be wanted.
