What a blast of a show today. So much fun to talk about the pleasures of food and what a gift it can be to you and your body. I had planned to have a chat with Michael Hay, Canadian based chef about his experiences with food.Well Michael had trouble getting on the line. So we only got to chat in the chat room. I however went into a land of discovery with some impromptu guests about where my great love and appreciation of the culinary arts began and how it has been building and building all of my life. Right on the show I realized how starting with my father, then my brother and my cousin Vaughn, who was on the show, and my husband(s) - I have always been drawn to people who enjoy the art of eating, cooking and laughing and talking around food. My mother-in-law told me once "I don't trust people who don't enjoy eating a good meal and who don't enjoy a nice glass of wine". Well, I don't know about not trusting those who don't, but I do know that I have a lot of fun with those who do. Listen in and see if you too get enlivened just by talking about this art of good living and good food. Buon ascolto (happy listening) Kass www.kassthomas.com
