This week on Two Parents & A Podcast, we're joined by Dr. Stephanie Culler — a microbiome scientist and baby gut health expert — to talk about one of the most important (and overlooked (like seriously we had no clue!!!)) parts of raising healthy kids: the gut. Dr. Culler breaks down what gut health actually is, why so many babies are born missing critical microbes, and what that means for things like chronic illness, food allergies, eczema, and even obesity later in life. Dr. Culler shares what parents can do in the first 1,000 days (from pregnancy through toddlerhood) to set their child up for lifelong health, from everyday food choices to the role of antibiotics, and how her groundbreaking study revealed that most babies around the world lack the microbes they need. We also get into practical solutions — like how parents can help restore those microbes through Persephone's new infant & toddler synbiotic (or any pre/probiotic!!!) — plus the foods to focus on (and avoid), and why gut health should be part of every child's standard care. If you're curious about how to give your baby the healthiest start possible, this one's packed with insights you won't want to miss. LOVE YOU GUYS! Hiring in a hurry costs more than it solves. Chiropractic Team Development Coach, Lori Morgan, shares how teams transform when you slow down to find the right person, invest in real onboarding, and teach the “why” as much as the “how.” She maps out what great front-of-house support looks like in a busy clinic, why turnover is so expensive, and how to turn a role into a true career path. The through-line is purpose: when you hire for heart, train with intention, and paint a bigger vision, you create five-star experiences and a culture people want to stay in.Key Highlights01:23 – Why building a strong team is the foundation of sustainable growth.02:30 – How lived experience at the front desk shapes leadership and service.04:20 – The role of purpose and philosophy in keeping patients engaged for life.06:49 – How slowing down your hiring process leads to better long-term fits.09:12 – Why a 12-week onboarding plan prevents burnout and turnover.11:53 – What true capacity at the front desk looks like in high-volume care.12:19 – How multitasking with heart creates confidence and connection.17:11 – Why painting a clear career path helps you keep your best people.20:25 – How confident, educated CAs become trusted guides and referral magnets.22:48 – Why now is the best moment to lean into timeless health truths.26:23 – How consistent training refreshes seasoned team members and keeps standards high.28:22 – Why the right systems and coaching make it nearly impossible to fail.29:42 - Success Partner Dr. Adrian Dennewald, creator of the Denneroll, sits down with Dr. Oz for an engaging conversation about how this simple yet powerful tool is transforming patient care. He explains how the Denneroll helps correct spinal imbalances, improve posture, and enhance outcomes both inside and outside the clinic. Ever catch yourself crushing in business…but low-key running on fumes? Like you're pushing hard, but your body's throwing quiet warnings you can't quite decode? In this episode of The Happy Hustle Podcast, I'm resharing a powerful Guest Guru training from inside The Happy Hustle Club—our private community featuring Justin Roethlingshoefer, Celebrity Health Expert and Founder of Own It Coaching. Justin doesn't sell hacks; he engineers paradigm shifts. His mission: help leaders stop sacrificing health for the mission and start running their bodies like their business.Justin's story is raw and real. As a kid, he battled both obesity and anorexia and even faced liver and kidney failure at 16. That pain turned into purpose: two undergrads, a master's, pro hockey, a doctorate's worth of research on sleep and heart rate variability (HRV), plus deep training in functional medicine and cellular healing. He went on to become Director of Player Performance in the NHL, then stepped away after a personal health scare (precancerous polyps and a bleeding ulcer) to build Own It Coaching with his wife—a 50-person team now guiding 3,500+ high-performing founders and creators. They even built “The Health Haven” in Miami to show people how to live differently, daily. Why it matters: Justin is the rare coach who blends faith, science, and systems so your health outcomes become inevitable, not accidental. Here's what you'll learn in a nutshell:HRV is the language of your body. A higher HRV = better adaptation to stress.Oxygen is step one. VO₂ max isn't just for athletes—it's a wellness vital.Sleep is your detox system. Quality beats quantity.Fix the base before the boosters. Symptoms (low T, poor sleep, brain fog) rarely mean you “need more hormones.” Hormones open pathways; vitamins, minerals, and amino acids create the raw materials.Consistent + intentional behaviors over time = inevitable outcomes. If you're ready to go deeper and hear Justin's full training—the stories, the frameworks, and the practical protocols—hit play on the episode and let's level up your health, leadership, and longevity together. Learn how to accelerate your growth by going to outcomesrocket.com The caregiving crisis in America is not just personal; it's systemic, invisible, and urgently needs redesign. In this episode, Paurvi Bhatt, public health expert and founder of ThirdEyeFocus, explores the complex intersections between caregiving, healthcare systems, cultural identity, and systemic equity. Reflecting on her experience as a first-generation Indian-American and longtime caregiver, she reveals how immigrant backgrounds shape both personal and professional choices, and how informal caregiving functions as an invisible backbone of healthcare. Paurvi critiques the gap between healthcare innovation and its practical use at home, highlighting the emotional isolation caregivers face and the lack of support and reimbursement for their work. She calls for moving beyond vague notions of “impact” by demanding measurable results and urges leaders to resist technology-driven detachment in favor of genuine human connection. Tune in and learn how we must reimagine care, connection, and accountability, starting not from systems, but from the human stories we're ignoring! Episode Summary One of the biggest frustrations I hear from health experts is this: “I'm consistent with my emails, but my list is mostly full of past and current clients. How do I actually get new potential clients on there?” In this episode of The Nourished CEO Podcast, I share a behind-the-scenes coaching call from my Nourished Business Accelerator (NBA) program. You'll hear from an incredible women's hormone health practitioner who has her lead magnets and newsletters in place—but is struggling to attract the right new subscribers. I break down why “join my newsletter” doesn't work (and never has), how to create a lead magnet that actually converts, and why messaging specificity is the key to growing your list with people who are ready to invest in your services. If your email list growth feels stagnant or you're attracting freebie-seekers who never buy, this episode will show you how to close that gap. Timeline & Highlights [00:00] – Why list growth isn't about “more subscribers”—it's about the right subscribers [02:33] – An NBA client's challenge: consistently emailing but only attracting current/past clients [04:13] – Why “join my newsletter” doesn't work and what to do instead [07:47] – The power of one strong, specific lead magnet (instead of dozens of general ones) [09:42] – Why a lead magnet on “hormone labs” won't convert as well as one tied to a specific symptom (like hair loss) [11:40] – The #1 problem holding 95% of health experts back in their marketing: lack of specificity [15:25] – A personal story: why urgent, frustrating symptoms drive buyers to take action immediately [18:26] – How to identify what your ideal client truly cares about and will pay to fix [22:20] – Why you must “sell” every step of the process—even your free lead magnets [25:24] – My weekly practice: reviewing content to ensure it speaks to actual buyers [28:35] – Why niche clarity and hyper-specific messaging are non-negotiable for growth Top 5 Quotes from This Episode “Nobody wants to be on anyone's email list unless they're getting value.” “One strong, specific lead magnet that ties into your overall methodology is all you need to grow your list.” “If somebody doesn't know they have the problem you solve—or they don't care—they will not buy. Period.” “Specificity will attract the person who's really looking for a solution, not just someone casually interested.” “Your job is to speak to what they already care about, not five steps ahead of them.” Take Action When your email marketing gets more specific, your list stops being filled with random subscribers—and starts filling up with future clients. If you're ready to attract buyers, not just browsers, this episode will show you how.
