The Wrestling Mayhem Show returns with a unique and inspiring episode as Sorg and Mad Mike are joined by members of Pitt Fight Club—Kyle, Sydney, Oliver, and Ava—from the University of Pittsburgh Greensburg. The group shares how they've built an annual wrestling event from the ground up, combining event production, marketing, and community outreach into a hands-on student experience. Their upcoming show, Night of Reckoning, promises a stacked card, creative stipulations, and a strong charitable mission. The conversation also dives into how wrestling fandom is evolving among students, with events like WrestleMania and AEW shows drawing new audiences. Of course, things wouldn't be Mayhem without chaos—Oliver's strong dislike of Penta sparks a hilarious and heated debate that takes over the show. Later, Mayhem Mania returns with one of the wildest rounds yet, featuring bizarre matchups, celebrity crossovers, and puppet-based wrestling concepts that somehow keep escalating. This episode is a perfect mix of wrestling passion, community building, and pure mayhem.

On this episode of The Nonsense Podcast, we're joined once again by Justin Woolwine of the ILWPod (I Love Wrestling Podcast) @ILWPOD2024 We kick things off with a wild Kelly Fact that leaves everyone speechless: the Mari Lwyd, a South Wales tradition involving a mounted horse skull on a pole used in rhyming rap battles to bring good luck in the new year. Justin immediately embraces the chaos, joking that headless horses and rap battles sound like the perfect way to ring in the year, while FNBob wonders if Vikings were the original battle rappers thanks to their own tradition of flyting. From there, we dive straight into wrestling. FNBob asks Justin about his recent interview with Santino Marella, how it came together, and what it's like landing legends. The conversation shifts to John Cena's retirement, where Justin sees it as a warrior falling on his own sword, while FNBob is just happy we got one last meme. That leads into shared love for Macho Man Randy Savage, including Justin revealing he found out about Macho Man's death on his birthday — right after opening a Macho Man action figure. From there, the episode turns more personal as Justin breaks down his journey into content creation, from filming backyard wrestling on trampolines as a kid to balancing real life while growing a successful wrestling podcast.Of course, no episode is complete without FNBob dunking on Bret Hart, some stories about old-school discipline, and wrapping things up with Justin reflecting on the growth of ILWPod — including interviewing the Hardy Boyz, getting Jeff Hardy to talk, and his goal of finally earning that YouTube Play Button.A relaxed, funny, and insightful conversation between podcast hosts who genuinely love wrestling and content creation.

Nick kicks things off with pro-wrestling insider Dr. Keith Lipinski from AAW Pro, diving into everything from WWE's controversial Saudi Arabia deal to what might truly be Goldberg's final match. There's also plenty to say about John Cena's surprise heel antics, and a deeper look at AEW's packed schedule—including the buzzworthy "Mexico Grand Slam," already being called one of 2025's standout shows. Swerve Strickland, Toni Storm, and MJF all get their due in a smart, rapid-fire rundown of what's hot in the ring. After the wrestling chat, Nick and Esmeralda Leon catch up on their summers—spoiler: there's sun, stories, and probably a complaint or two. They take on a few listener questions before swerving into stranger territory: Hollywood's most eccentric stars. From Joaquin Phoenix's head-scratching interviews to Shia LaBeouf's unpredictability, it's a gallery of oddball fame. [EP 362]
