This premium live is billed as The Final Stop on John Cena's Farewell Tour. Held in Washington DC, the event was the culmination of a Hall of Fame career for one the industry's biggest superstar. In the summer of 2023, John Cena announced his retirement at the conclusion of 2025. After the events of “Wrestlepalooza”, a tournament was announced to determine would be Cena's final opponent. Superstars from Raw, SmackDown, NXT & TNA all competed for the opportunity and in the end only one remained. The return of the former World Heavyweight champion, “The Ring General” Gunther would be the one to challenge John Cena in his final match.
