He survived over fifteen years in sitcoms, including the hits Step by Step, Grace Under Fire, The Drew Carey Show, The Norm Show, Titus and Becker. Then, teaming up with fellow sitcom veteran Tom J. Astle, the two wrote the number one features Failure to Launch (2006), Get Smart (2008), Epic (2013), Home (2015), and The War with Grandpa (2020). Matt returned to television in 2018, consulting on The Conners on ABC for three seasons. And now he and Tom have re-teamed to write the long-awaited sequel to Home, coming to Netflix in… a couple years. Matt has also taught television and screenwriting at Wesleyan University (Go Wes), Stage 32, privately, and been a guest speaker at AF Nelson Davis is a radio and television veteran who has received over thirty awards including four Emmy Awards for Best Public Affairs series. Nelson honed his television skills with a variety of projects, freelancing as a host and producer in Los Angeles. Nelson eventually landed a position at the NBC Television Network. At NBC for 4 years, he moved from Broadcast Standards to Director of Daytime Programming for the network. Nelson has passion, knowledge, and experience in all levels of television and radio production and is available for a variety of client services, including voice-over, hosting, and production planning and management. Aaron Grosch does curriculum development for a church in Mansfield Ohio. Eric Phillips is a social worker who provides services to hospice patients in Mansfield Ohio.
