Today we talk to Cory Rood and Mike Ivancic about their Iowa Wind and Rock (IWAR) experiences. IWAR is a 340 miles race on south central Iowa. The finishers bike for around 30 hours and have to maintain a minimum speed of 10 mph to make the cut off times. WARNING - we do briefly touch on a homicide in our second interview.
