Ghislaine Maxwell wasn't just Jeffrey Epstein's accomplice — she was his “groomer-in-chief,” the woman who made his operation function. The evidence revealed she coached girls on how to please Epstein, managed his schedule of victims, and participated in the abuse herself. Her insistence that she was merely a scapegoat collapsed under the weight of survivor testimony and documented grooming patterns spanning years.
