How To Lose Belly Fat on a Vegan Diet Do you want to Lose Fat in JUST your stomach or another “Trouble Spot?” Listen up. As great as it would be, there's no way for us to pick a specific body part to lose weight in without affecting fat loss in other areas. (Without surgery that is) If it's your Legs Back fat stomach. Etc. Because this is purely a genetic thing. Our body picks & chooses when it loses fat and where from first. You don't get to control any of this, nor the order of it. So do these 2 things. Focus on Strength training to build muscle in those areas (and your entire body) Eat in a calorie deficit to lose fat all over. And if you stay consistent and patient with those 2 things, the fat will start to drop Everywhere. Including the areas that you really want to see progress.
