Hi, I'm Edith. My podcast is a free resource for Intermediate to Advanced learners of English. My intent is to help listeners build their listening skills and learn new vocabulary. Learning vocabulary in context is important. Each week I talk about a different topic using common vocabulary and phrases. I choose topics that are currently in the news or discuss things that are on my mind. Occasionally, I bring up a grammar point. My podcast is a free community service. There are no advertisements to interrupt my episodes. I do not have sponsors promoting products, though I do allow an ad for my podcast host, since I think they are very good. WHAT IS IMPORTANT to me is that you LISTEN and LEARN and improve your English skills. All the best. Edith
