Let’s Talk Big Tingz is a podcast hosted by Hawa, Kadiatu and Seidy. Three Black women who created this podcast for Black girls and women to feel and know that they have a space to discuss topics that are always dismissed and deemed as unimportant. We want to share our lived experiences as Muslim, Fulani and Black women, because we know It can be difficult being in a position where you may not be “Canadian” enough, and/or “African” enough. What began as a small idea, turned into something that we are hoping to inspire and create as a safe space.

We are so grateful to have Toronto R&B singer LOKRE join us in this weeks conversation and can't wait for you guys to hear and learn more about her story. LOKRE: LOKRE's sound was born out of the collision between her Indo-Trinidadian and Irish roots and influences such as Sade, Alicia Keys and Nelly Furtado. The result: powerful and vibrant R&B, marked by dynamic vocals that are framed with lyrics inspired by passion, purpose and ancestry. LOKRE's debut album ‘ELIZABETH' - executive produced by Adrian X (Drake, The Weeknd) - offers a journey that is transformative, uplifting & sure to keep you listening.
