This episode was recorded after Yvette ugly cried for hours because her doctor doesn't care that her mycotoxin results are off the charts and still won't order diagnostics or prescribe the anti-fungals that could give Yvette her life back. Rea notices that crying makes Yvette sound more lively while Yvette deliberates whether to give herself pneumonia, take deadly blackmarket anti-fungals without the necessary organ function monitoring and/or start poisoning doctor's offices with toxic mold. Rea explores the boundaries of rock bottom, the discomfort in the process of becoming an honest person, hating sobriety and trouble distinguishing reality and dreams. Rea goes to an Agent Workshop and a talented but racist improvisor tells Rea to dress up like Lil Wanye and do black face. Rea declines and does Bad Girls by MIA. Rea slacks off on looking for a podcast intern bc self she's too busy smothering her face with her codependent dog. In this Episode, Yvette asked OG Santana to come back for a special New Decade Episode! But she said no. Since Yvette has ADD, she starts in the middle (take inventory of who you are and what makes you stronger/weaker), circles back to what should have been the beginning (define the kind of year and decade you want to manifest), lets PMS derail her with dream analysis and finally ties it all together (except maybe that dream stuff) with step 3, create a new, better, faster, stronger, 2007 Kanye normal. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/NerdaciousBehavior/message

In this episode Autumn and Yvette interview the Host of Bourbon and Burlesque, Chris Thomas. After exploring recovery, the trio stays on track momentarily while Chris talks about his experience as burlesque host and Yvette tells Chris why he should do standup. Then Santana gets really angry about guys reaching out to her for her sex, which inspires Yvette to share unpopular opinions about slut shaming and the tendency in hookup culture to dehumanize and objectify other people and, in turn, oneself.
