“If I can feel them pushing down on my hands, if they're able to do it, when they're holding my hands, then we can kind of progress from there to kind of get an understanding of why they are struggling with doing it.” The Student Fitness Experts podcast is a very intentional venture that aims to create a playful movement to help students grow up with inner confidence and self-awareness and a healthy body and mind. In Part Two of the Fundamental Movement Skills Series, Karen and Farah discuss how to support children in their developmental stages based on the way they learn. Every child develops a unique personality that dictates how they approach learning and what works for them. Some are visual learners while others are hands-on learners. The goal is to understand them through their movement, speech, social interactions, and style of learning - you'll be able to better support them with their journey. Tune in to understand learning styles and set your children up for ultimate success! The Chelsea FanCast looks back, season by season, to 50 Years of Chelsea history from 1970 to the present day.Stamford Chidge is joined by Jonathan Kydd and Mark Meehan to look back at the 1995-96 season. In Part Two of our look back at the 1995-96 season, we pick up the story in January. Chelsea have been drawn against Newcastle, the Premier League leaders, in the FA Cup 3rd round, and in the process embark on a sometimes bizarre but never dull Cup run.A Kharine error leading to a Ferdinand goal in injury time means a reply at St James' Park where the tie is ultimately settled by a penalty shoot-out with Chelsea making it with some fine penalties and Kevin Hitchcock saves. After making short work of QPR in the next round, Chelsea needs replays in the 5th round against Grimsby and quarter-final against Wimbledon to make it through to their second FA Cup semi-final in three seasons. But Man Utd ruined the party, again. Ruud Gullit put Chelsea ahead, but injuries to both wing backs and a disastrous Craig Burley back pass leading to David Beckham's winner meant Chelsea would have to wait one more year for their first FA Cup trophy since 1970.The League form was inconsistent with an 11th place finish and suffered at the expense of the FA Cup run, but Chelsea supporters had seen enough this season to believe that trophies were within reach. But the final act of the drama saw Glen Hoddle, the architect of this optimism, leave to manage England. The consolation being the appointment of Ruud Gullit as player-manager for the next season. To help us celebrate 50 Years of Chelsea we've partnered with 3Retro who have a superb collection of Chelsea retro gear and are offering 10% OFF when you use the 3RETRO10 code and if you order over £50 of merch you get FREE UK delivery. There's a new Regent of Mars, and we are very excited about their identity. Plus, we take at look at X-Men #1, Gerry Duggan's relaunch of the core title, now focused on the recently elected X-Men team and their mission to publicly protect ALL of humanity. Also, we share our thoughts on the LOKI show, and what it might mean for the future of mutants in the MCU. We discuss the apparent first appearance of a mutant in the MCU in BLACK WIDOW. We are meeting with Peter Carlson, President of Pet Evolution Franchising, LLC. Unlike your standard pet supply stores, Pet Evolution takes a health-driven approach to keep dogs healthy and their owners happy. Each location offers products that cater to specific pet diets and health concerns, along with specialty services like grooming, self-serve dog wash, and mobile nail trims. Every Business Has A Story Pet Evolution was founded in 2012 by friends Rian Thiele and Mike Osborn, both having watched their childhood dogs suffer through the itchy paws, chronic ear infections, and multiple vet trips of undiagnosed food allergies. Peter Carlson, President of Pet Evolution Franchising, LLC, suggested the brand begin franchising after falling in love with Pet Evolution. Once a loyal customer before joining the team, Peter turned to Pet Evolution as his Standard Poodle, Leo, struggled with digestive and allergy issues, following countless tries with other products with no results. After switching to products endorsed by their team, Peter immediately saw positive results to help his dog live a happier life. The Chelsea FanCast looks back, season by season, to 50 Years of Chelsea history from 1970 to the present day.Stamford Chidge is joined by Jonathan Kydd, Mark Meehan and Dayne Whittle to look back at the 1994-95 season. In Part Two we pick up the season from January where Chelsea made short work of Charlton in the FA Cup to set up a tie with Millwall. Never for the feint hearted, Chelsea drew 0-0 in the ‘Lion's Den' and then drew again in the replay at the Bridge before going out on penalties. Terrible refereeing and carnage on and off the pitch! The League form began to suffer as Chelsea focussed on progression in the European Cup Winners' Cup. Poor form at home where Chelsea did not win from October 23rd to April 15th caused concern that a relegation battle might be on the cards. It was all about Europe though, as an epic night at the Bridge in the quarter final second leg against Brugge saw Chelsea get through to their 3rd semi final in 5 European campaigns. Sadly it was to end in heroic failure after turning round a 3-0 away leg deficit to beat Zaragoza 3-1 at home, only to go out on the away goal.To help us celebrate 50 Years of Chelsea we've partnered with 3Retro who have a superb collection of Chelsea retro gear and are offering 10% OFF when you use the 3RETRO10 code and if you order over £50 of merch you get FREE UK delivery. Parents in the 1990s believed they were doing their children a favor by instilling in them the ethos “do what you like, follow your dreams, and things will work out.” But Michael Brendan Dougherty, author of My Father Left Me Ireland: An American Son's Search for Home, argues that sometime in the 2000s, this promise of liberation revealed itself as a curse, feeling more like abandonment than instruction. In a wide-ranging conversation, he, Shadi, and Damir talk about the meaning and importance of identity, where modernity falls short, the promise and peril of nationalism, and much more. In Part Two, available here for subscribers, the conversation continues with a discussion about immigration in America and Europe, if Islam is the religion of the future, whether white Americans have a distinct identity, and if right-wing governments in Poland and Hungary are harbingers of the future or the last gasps of a dying ideology. Subscribe here to listen to the rest of the discussion. Members will also have access to our recent two-part conversation with Ross Douthat as well as our weekly Friday Essays. Many years ago, we had the opportunity to meet with Dan Remus and Jef Strauss, Co-Founders of Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming.. We invited Jef Strauss, co-founder of Wag N' Wash Natural Pet Food & Grooming to discuss how the organization has grown. Wag N' Wash gives pet owners a highly personalized, “one-stop-shop” experience they'd never be able to replicate with a big-box pet store or an online retailer. Jef discusses the following questions: Can you describe the Wag N' Wash concept and how it came to be? How would you describe the Wag N' Wash franchise opportunity to a prospective franchisee? How would you say the pet industry is doing right? Can you talk a bit more about the Wag N' Wash culture? What is the most interesting thing that has happened to you since launching Wag N' Wash? What is your outlook for what's to come for Wag N' Wash? What advice do you have for those looking to enter the pet industry? In Part Two, we play a clip from our popular Great Quotes in Franchising podcast.

In Part Two of his five-part series about Purchase Options and Purchase Lease Options, Simon talks you through the ways in which you can flip property without actually buying it, meaning you'll need less cash and make a higher return on your investment. KEY TAKEAWAYS Flips typically involve finding properties in need of improvement, working on it so as to increase its value, and then selling on at a profit. This usually involves buying the property at the beginning of the process. Instead of buying the property, you can control it with a Purchase Option, meaning you don't need a big deposit or mortgage, have no purchasing fees to pay, and can sell within six months. Finding a motivated seller is key to this strategy. You also need a power of attorney, granting you the right to sell this property on. You can potentially give your seller more money than from a traditional sale. Your improvements will add much-needed value and increase its sale potential. BEST MOMENTS 'Flipping property is a great way to make lumps of cash!' 'There is an easier and more profitable way of doing this' 'This is known as an assisted sale' 'This is just one tool in your investor toolkit' VALUABLE RESOURCES To download the 8 questions to ask Estate Agents to get them to bring Purchase options and Purchase Lease options to you please visit www.PLOtraining.com Property Magic: How to Buy Property Using Other People's Time, Money and Experience by Simon Zutshi To find your local pin meeting visit: www.PinMeeting.co.uk and use voucher code PODCAST to attend you first meeting as Simon's guest (instead of paying the normal £20). iphone: http://bit.ly/pinAPP1 Android https://bit.ly/pinAPP2 Register at Mindset For Property at - www.mindsetforproperty.co.uk ABOUT THE HOST Simon Zutshi, experienced investor, successful entrepreneur and best-selling author, is widely recognised as one of the top wealth creation strategists in the UK. “What fascinates and terrifies us about the Roman Empire is not that it finally went smash,” W. H. Auden once wrote, but rather that “it managed to last for four centuries without creativity, warmth, or hope.” In his latest book, The Decadent Society, Ross Douthat suggests contemporary America may be in a similar spot. He joined Shadi and Damir to discuss the factors contributing to our present state of decadence, and possible avenues out—from wokeness to a new post-liberal politics to UFOs. In Part Two, available here, the conversation continues with Damir asking Ross if wokeness will burn itself out or if it must be countered with a new, more compelling faith. Shadi, Ross, and Damir also discuss why more and more elites are no longer Christian, if meritocracy has failed, the role of rationalism and faith in sustaining the American project, and why—despite his religious conservatism—more liberals don't hate Ross.
