“What Must I DO to Inherit Eternal Life?” Mark 10:17-31 ESV Points To Ponder No. 1: No amount of wealth or success can satisfy your soul like Jesus can. Points To Ponder No. 2: Good is a subjective term influenced by a person’s values. I believe Jesus’ point is the only standard of good that matters is what God calls good. Points To Ponder No. 3: Eternal life cannot be earned through self effort. It is a gift from God freely given by grace through faith. He went away sad because he had great possessions.
