"It's good exposure!" There is a phrase that every artist has heard at least once in seriousness. When it comes to writing, there are a lot of unpaid anthologies. Some are legitimately a foot in the door and others aren't. You see that post that makes you wonder if someone is intentionally being an ass or if you might be misreading things—what do you do?
