I had a few unexpected things happen to me over the last few weeks and it got me thinking about resilience and the other related things to handling the unexpected. My business career, like yours, has been riddled with the unexpected. Adaptation has been critical. How does this apply to the culture of your workplace? I wanted to talk about it from the perspective of the employer and the employee. So, I did.
