We will be engaging in conversation with professionals ranging from S&C coaches to sport psychologists, while frequently following the journey of motivated athletes and getting their tips and secrets to success. We provide a platform for guests to express their views without bias or judgement and ensure viewers are getting educated while also finding some level of entertainment.
In today's episode, we sat with Jack Edwards and talked about his athlete career, how is it going the transition to coach and how is it going so far on this season for him and his athletes.
We had a special international guest today, Karolina Pahlitzsch a German 400m and 400m hurdles athlete. She competed in the mixed 4×400m relay at the 2019 World Athletics Championships in Doha and she won the bronze medal in the team event at the 2019 European Games.
Our guest today is Anas Abu-Ganaba, 100m, and 200m sprinter competing now for Campbelltown Athletics Club. We talked about his early life in sports, how his season is going so far, and his experience training with Greg Smith (SpeedCity Training).
Today we sit down with Jordan Sarmento, Australian 400m sprinter. We talked about when he started running, how he came through in the track and field, his best performances throughout the last years, and what he expects for the next few years and the Olympic Games.
In this episode, we are joined by Ben Towers, he is a coach from Campbelltown Collegians Athletics Club, training athletes from Little Athletics to Para Athletes. He told us about his history at the club and how he started his career as a coach, his experiences training Para Athletes, and his life off the track working in a Hospital during this pandemic time in 2020.
Today we're joined by Sean Wroe, an Olympian 400m sprinter! He competed at 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and in 3 Athletics World Championships! Sean was also part of the team that won the 4 × 400 m relay at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne. He anchored the team as they successfully defended their title at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi. We talked about all of his life experiences and how he is doing now as a retired athlete.
In today's episode, we are joining with Steve Solomon! He is a 400m Olympic Finalist in London 2012 at age of 19, the first Australian man in his 24 years to reach the 400m Olympic final! We had an amazing conversation about his experience at the Olympics, World Championships, his graduation at Stanford and Duke, and how he managed to train, study and work at the same time while keeping a high-level performance.
Today we had a special guest, Jordan McKenna! He is the host of Vision Podcast, another podcast talking about Track & Field and bringing some track athletes to share their own stories.
Our guest today is Rohan Robinson, a former 400m hurdler and the actual Oceanian / Australian National Record holder for the event, with an incredible 48.28s, achieved in the 2nd semi-final at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
