    There is no one size fits all way of eating! I develop a plan with the person(s) I'm partnering with that is tailor made for them. i.e. age, goals etc. It is called bio-individuality. You are unique and need a specific plan to achieve and maintain health! Everyone needs to ditch the excess sugar, seed oils i.e. canola, safflower, sunflower and several others.
