Well, it's officially over. The 2023 Fantasy Season is officially over, and we have crowned a new WPT Fantasy Football League Champion, and Toilet Bowl Recipient. The guys reflect on the best and worst from Championship Week, along with a Week 18 Preview with all the playoff implications. Thank you for a great year of fantasy with us here on the SCP.

Championship Week is here, and the stage is set for Mason and Brendan to collide in the finals. This also means that Toilet Bowl Week is here, and Glenn and Craig have cemented their stains at the bottom of the bowl. Someone has to win, and someone has to lose. But for your entertainment, we're all here to debate the best and worst from Week 16, and what's to come for the most anticipated week of the fantasy season. After an EVENTFUL Week of Football, here we are. The SCP recaps and reflects on the first round of the fantasy playoffs, including the fall of Souza, the ascension of Mason, and just another week for Glenn. As we officially approach the last week of the fantasy regular season, it has been quite a ride on the SCP. Glenn is now playing spoiler as Mason and Souza have already punched their ticket to the playoffs. The gang tries to determine who is the most logical candidate for the MVP award in 2023, with some detailed debates about skill positions vs QBs. Since we're gonna be jam-packing you with fantasy related content over the next month, this week was perfect to do our first ever SCP Christmas Movie/Special Draft. Those who didn't would really just be Glenn after losing back to back weeks to Mason and Souza, and just about ending his season. BUT! There's still a chance! And for the first time ever, the guys do a Thanksgiving Food Fantasy Draft! Also, we recap what the great Tom Brady said earlier this week about today's NFL. Souza has returned from the magical land of Disney World, and has graced us with his presence on another episode of the SCP. We are officially at the halfway point of the Fantasy Regular Season. And if you've been listening all season, you know things have been going from bad to worse for Glenn. On the flip side, Souza and Mason are living their best lives. The gang reflects on the best and worst from Week 7, including the Pats' upset over the Bills, the 49ers losing two straight, and debating a migraine vs a headache. Well, we're just about at the halfway mark of the 2023 Fantasy Football season. Are you guys having fun? Because Glenn isn't. While everything seems to be going right for Souza, the opposite is happening for our co-host. Unfortunately, we are Masonless today, but that hasn't stopped him from being 5-1! We promised you we would have the 2022 WPT Fantasy Football League Champion on live to discuss the finals, but we didn't say we'd have the unfortunate 2nd place guy on too! A unfortunate way to end a wild fantasy season, but that is the least of our concerns. As you know, Demar Hamlin got severely injured during Monday Night's game, cutting Week 17 short. Our best wishes go out to him, his peers, and his family. As horrible as a circumstance this is, it still raises questions about the NFL and Fantasy season. What happens now? Does the NFL make up the game? Do respective fantasy apps carry their own rules or will league commissioners have to step in? This was a tough week to talk fantasy, but we tried out best. Mason becoming a 5x toilet bowl recipient gives us some more to discuss. And Happy New Year to all who continue to listen and support the SCP!

Well, here we are, the final week of the fantasy football season as CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK IS HERE! We have Jake vs Brendan in the WPT Finals, along with Mason (again!) vs Friar in the Toilet Bowl! As the year continues to get worse and worse in fantasy, have no fear... because it's a New Day, yes it is! We don't have all the answers, but it's most likely that Cam Akers did the deed with Sean McVay's wife. That's probably the only explanation for what's happening this season in the NFL.
