The B Practice podcast returns! There was a lot of racing the past six weeks or so. Our main man Dak was busy globetrotting and facilitating one hell of a comeback. So we can't be too upset about his lack of availability. Thankfully, we sat down this week to chat about some DH racing and were joined by special guest Dante Silva. We kept the conversation laid-back per usual, breaking down the unpredictable track from Lake Placid, how Dante and Dak's weekends went, what winning the U.S. Open for the third time meant to Dak, Dante's switch from racing World Cups to being a US-only racer this season, and plenty of other topics. We hope you enjoy this episode, and thanks as always for tuning in!

Man, that Packers-Cowboys tie left a sour taste—our once-dominant defense got torched for 40 points, while the offense scraped by with Jordan Love and Romeo Dobbs shining through the mess. Callers vented hard on the lack of pass rush, sloppy special teams, and Matt LaFleur's questionable deep shots that killed early momentum. It's raw frustration as fans question if this team has any real identity amid injuries and inconsistencies. Defense meltdown: No pressure on Dak, missed tackles, and calls to rethink Quay Walker's future. Offense highs and lows: Solid from Love and Dobbs, but too aggressive early without rhythm. Coaching heat: Blasts at LaFleur for conservative end-game calls and Hafley for failing to adjust. Positive spin: Tie beats a loss, and with pieces returning post-bye, maybe we turn it around like past champs. This episode is brought to you by PrizePicks! "Can a quarterback sneak in a yogurt endorsement mid-huddle without violating the salary cap?"In this absolutely bonkers episode of The Ben and Skin Show, the crew fires up the Way Back Machine and takes us to 2019—when Dak Prescott was still chasing his big contract and apparently calling plays like “Beats by Dre on two” and “Campbell's Chunky Soup on one.” Ben Rogers, Jeff “Skin” Wade, Kevin “KT” Turner, and Krystina Ray dive into a treasure trove of fake-but-hysterically-real-sounding Cowboys huddle audio, where product placement meets pigskin in the most ridiculous way possible. From 7-Eleven Slurpees to SOTA weight loss, the gang riffs on how Dak might've been hustling endorsements mid-game. And just when you think it can't get dumber, Jason Witten shows up to “pull another rabbit out of his head,” and Zeke gets a shoutout about his car crash—with a plug for a local injury law firm.
Dak, Austin, and Hunter preview Michigan State and bring on Jeff Wernsman for his takes on Husker football.
Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up for another raw, unfiltered night on Packernet After Dark—because that soul-crushing 40-40 OT tie against the damn Cowboys has us all staring at the ceiling, beers in hand, questioning life. We poured out our guts live as the clock ticked down to disaster, with Jordan Love slinging magic but the defense folding like a cheap lawn chair and special teams pulling their usual clown show. It's the kind of game that leaves you numb, pissed, and desperately hoping the bye week sparks some fire before Detroit laps us. Callers unloaded on Jeff Hafley's soft zone schemes getting torched by Dak's quick dumps, begging for man coverage that actually works—because who needs a "dominant" pass rush if QBs are airing it out in 2 seconds flat? Matt LaFleur's clock management fiasco in OT had everyone screaming "fireable offense," but damn, Love's fourth-down laser to Michael Gallup was pure Favre vibes—too bad it ended in a tie instead of triumph. Special teams? Rich Bisaccia's gotta go—blocked kicks costing us wins two weeks running, and that punt return debacle with non-Bo Melton guys was straight comedy... of errors. Historical deep dive: Remember when '96-'98 defenses exploded for 30+ points mid-season? Fluctuations happen, but this feels like a wake-up call to tweak before we flame out.
Brian Baldinger gives his biggest takeaways after watching every game from Week 4 around the NFL. He breaks down Jaxson Darts stellar debut, Philly's formula, why life is good in LA with Stafford & Nacua, Xavior Worthy being the X-Factor in KC, and how Dak has simply been awesome in Dallas. If you like your sports with a side of chaos, this one's for you. Norm dives headfirst into the Cowboys–Packers 40–40 overtime tie — a game so bonkers it felt like Madden on rookie mode. Dak Prescott? Nearly flawless. Brian Schottenheimer? Calling plays like he had the cheat codes. The defense? Well… let's just say Green Bay found plenty of daylight. Then it's off the field and onto the greens at the Ryder Cup at Bethpage Black, where the competition was world-class but the fans were straight-up embarrassing. Yep, we're talking vulgar chants, heckling during swings, and comedian Heather McMahon somehow thinking “F-U Rory” was a good rally cry. Spoiler: it wasn't. It's Cowboys brilliance, Cowboys blunders, and a Ryder Cup that turned into a case study on why sportsmanship still matters. Austin, Hunter, and Dak discuss Nebraska football during the bye week.
Nicole Rae from Skratch Golf joined in-studio to talk Ryder Cup and Pebble Beach. Jerry's final update had Yankee and Met highlights, plus Micah Parsons on sacking Dak. The Moment of the Day was Al's new song, and WFAN's Brian Rascona checked in from the Ryder Cup.
Hour 1 We started with a great night of baseball for the locals, with the Yankees clinching a playoff spot and the Mets coming back to beat the Cubs. It felt like a special night for the Mets. And where is Keith Hernandez? Is he sick? Jaxson Dart is starting for the Giants this weekend at home against the Chargers. Even though Russell Wilson had a great game against Dallas, he threw terrible interceptions last week. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with the sounds of the Yankees beating the White Sox and clinching a playoff spot. We heard the sounds of Howie Rose as the Mets came back to beat the Cubs as Brandon Nimmo had a 3-run game tying HR. Francisco Alvarez homered in the eighth which ended up being the game winner. Al actually had a new song about Jaxson Dart. Mike ‘I'm a man, I'm 40' Gundy was fired by Oklahoma State. In the final segment of the hour, WFAN producer Brian Rascona told Gio that Ken Griffey Jr was walking around the Ryder Cup and nobody seemed to notice him. Hour 2 Jaxson Dart is getting the start for the Giants this week. Nobody really talks about the pressure a quarterback faces in their first real NFL game. Boomer brings it up, but you don't hear many other people talk about it. It's different from the pre-season. Boomer likes Dart's attitude compared to some of the other rookie QBs that came to the Jets and Giants. Jerry returns for an update, but first Gio wonders if the teams being bused back and forth for the Ryder Cup are listening to the show. Jerry starts with Ian Poulter criticizing American golf fans. Brandon Nimmo hit a game tying 3-run homer as the Mets beat the Cubs. Francisco Alvarez ended up hitting what ended up being the game winning HR. The Yankees beat the White Sox and clinched a playoff spot. The Guardians have overtaken the Tigers and former WFAN Adam ‘The Bull' was so excited he made a weird noise. In the final segment of the hour, a caller wonders if Daniel Jones will get a big contract in Indianapolis (he will hang up and listen). Hour 3 We started the hour with the Jets as they play in Miami on Monday night. One of these teams is going to be 0-4. There is pressure on Mike McDaniel and Tua. In 2 of the 3 games, the Jets were very competitive. A caller wonders why the Giants even brought Russell Wilson in if they had already signed Jameis Winston. Jerry returns for an update and starts with Howie Rose and the sounds of the Mets beating the Cubs to get back in charge of their own destiny. Brandon Nimmo hit a game tying HR and Francisco Alvarez hit the eventual game winning HR. Jerry compares ‘douche bag says what' from the 1990s to ‘Boomer will cream pie me' from this morning. In the final segment of the hour, we talked about Gary Cohen's comments last night about a Cubs player missing a game to attend Charlie Kirk's memorial service. We continued arguing about the phrase, ‘control your own destiny'. Hour 4 Nicole Rae from Skratch Golf is in the studio to talk about the Ryder Cup. They hosted us for our trip to Pebble Beach as well. Jerry returns for his final update of the day, but first Gio gives us alcohol prices for drinks at the Ryder Cup. Jerry starts with the sounds of the Yankees beating the White Sox as Caballero had a walk off single. We heard Howie Rose on the call as Francisco Alvarez homered making it 9-7 Mets. Micah Parsons was asked how it will feel when he sacks Dak this weekend. The Moment of The Day: Al has a new song, reminding Gio of marriage. In the final segment of the show, WFAN producer Brian Rascona checks in from the Ryder Cup.
Norm wakes up choosing honesty and film study. With Mary riding shotgun (and running the board), “Just Wondering” turns into “Just Wondering How This Team Scores.” From C.D. "Can the Dallas Cowboys recover from another 1-2 start—or are we watching history repeat itself?"In this lively and laugh-packed episode of The Ben and Skin Show, hosts Ben Rogers, Jeff “Skin” Wade, Kevin “KT” Turner, and Krystina Ray break down the Cowboys' rocky start to the season with a mix of stats, sarcasm, and signature banter. With only 5 winning seasons out of 18 when starting 1-2, the crew asks: Is this just another doomed campaign, or can Dak and company defy the odds? From reminiscing about the chaos of the 2020 season (remember Garrett Gilbert and Ben DiNucci?) to roasting the current defense for giving up 37 points to the Giants, the hosts deliver a brutally honest—and hilarious—assessment of the Cowboys' trajectory. But it's not all football! The gang dives into Major League Baseball's new challenge system for balls and strikes, sparking a spirited debate about the future of umpiring.

Norm's had it. The Cowboys went full “piece of dung,” and he's here to vent so you don't have to throw your remote through the TV. In this Monday episode, Norm celebrates Mary's birthday (sort of), then rips into the Dallas Cowboys like a man who's seen too many decades of bad football. Zero pass rush, busted coverage, Dak's dink-and-dunk festival — nothing escapes the wrath of Norm. And because Norm can't just stop at football, he piles on the Texas Rangers too, lamenting their ability to waste perfect pitching like it's an art form. Rod Villagomez and Munaf Manji talk NFL Fantasy Football for NFL Week 3. NFL Fantasy Football Podcast – Week 3 NFL Fantasy Football Podcast - … [Rod Villagomez] (0:08 – 0:39) Rod sets the stage: “It feels like it's just started, and yet we're fully into this with injuries and all of these things happening.” This opening stresses how quickly the season has escalated, creating chaos for fantasy managers. [Munaf Manji] (0:40 – 1:57) Munaf expands: “You probably had Joe Burrow… Jaden Daniels… Brock Purdy… and now you're scrambling.” His analysis reflects the immediate fantasy impact of quarterback injuries, especially in superflex leagues, and sets up the episode's theme: making difficult replacement and flex decisions. [Rod Villagomez] (1:58 – 3:55) Rod shares personal experience: “I have lost Brock Purdy, Jaden Daniels and J.J. McCarthy in pretty much one of each of my fantasy rosters.” This illustrates the broader point—injuries are forcing managers into uncomfortable waiver moves like starting Daniel Jones. The implication: adaptability is now critical for survival in fantasy leagues. [Game Analysis & Stats] Munaf cites James Cook's breakout: “284 rushing yards through three games, four total touchdowns, 355 scrimmage yards.” Cook's consistency demonstrates the value of recognizing rising backs early. He also notes Josh Allen's “three passing touchdowns yesterday and no interceptions thus far.” On the Dolphins' side, Tua's regression is key: “He's thrown an interception in every game thus far… four interceptions total.” The takeaway is that fantasy managers should consider benching Tua until stability returns. [Flex Debates] Cade Otten vs. Kyle Pitts: Both agree Otten may deliver more short-term fantasy relevance because Pitts is overshadowed by Bijan Robinson and Drake London. Breece Hall vs. Michael Pittman: Rod and Munaf favor Pittman, citing Hall's lack of usage and Tampa Bay's elite run defense. Jordan Mason vs. Drake London: Both back Mason, especially with Aaron Jones on IR, making Mason the clear RB1. Tyler Allgeier vs. Rachaad White: Consensus leans Allgeier, as Atlanta's matchup with Carolina suggests heavy run volume. Keenan Allen vs. Xavier Worthy: Allen's “17 targets, 71% catch rate, two touchdowns” firmly positions him as a must-start over a questionable rookie. [DFS Lineup Build] (46:13 – 55:30) They construct a DraftKings lineup, spotlighting Dak Prescott, Jordan Mason, Alvin Kamara, Keenan Allen, CeeDee Lamb, Troy Franklin, Rome Odunze, Brock Bowers, and Falcons DST. The discussion emphasizes value hunting—“Jordan Mason at $5,400 is a great play”—and strategic stacking (e.g., Dak with CeeDee Lamb). Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
