    Employee Culture: Get Seen on Social Media

    Join us as we dig deeper into how to build a positive employee culture.  We discuss two important variables to get attention on social media: spontaneous and unpredictable.   The more spontaneous or unpredictable an employee event can be, then the more it is likely to be organically shared by themselves on social media.  This method has become the most effective means of getting employee referrals.  "Word of mouth" no longer has the reach it once did.  We also discuss the reward of taking the risk of putting ourselves out there as leaders.  Those who assume some level of risk often discover large rewards.
