In 1986, on the occasion of his 75th birthday, President Reagan received this Waterford crystal candy jar from the King of Morocco, King Hassan II, who served from February 1961 through July of 1999.

On July 17, 1980, Ronald Reagan's path to the presidency took a huge leap forward as he stood before a celebratory crowd and accepted the Republican nomination to become the 40th president of the United States. Later, in 1989, as his presidency was coming to a close, President Reagan was gifted this Delegate Section ticket for the 1980 RNC Convention. The ticket was for seat 7 in section D5 and has a map of the arena on the back.
