Wild About Wellbeing is a podcast by The Wildlife Trusts. Here, join Rob Gordon and Dom Higgins as they talk about all things to do with nature and health. Join us for Season One where we ask about eco-anxiety and keep Nature In Mind. Eco-anxiety is the fear of the impact of climate change. It’s being worried, or feeling anxiety, about what environmental changes could come. So over this first season we’ll be exploring this topic, looking at strategies for cultivating positive mental health habits, and in particular looking at what you can do to tackle eco-anxiety and keep hope in your heart for a brighter future.
