Hey Fam! I've been hosting and producing this other podcast and radio show called Ain't Nobody Listening for the past few months. Here is a bit of a teaser of what to expect. 50 episodes have already been released. Check out Ain't Nobody Listening wherever you listen to podcasts! Love, Abdullah Al Maawali
"In the end, we are all Stories." I believe in this and so does my guest - Abdullah Al Maawali. He is the founder of 'True Story Tent' - A story telling platform in the Middle East. While his platform has connected many through their stories, he has learned from this journey that the art of story telling and story sharing does more for the story teller than the listeners. In this episode he shares his favorite story from his life and also tries to turn the table around by wearing the host cap and asking me some impromptu questions. We had so much fun throughout this conversation. Hope you like it and hope it gives you something in return of the time you invest to watch it. :))
In this episode, we hear two stories shared during our comeback gathering on December 30th, 2020. Plus, a little about TST's 2020 journey. This episode features Sara Al Maawali and Amina Al Maawali. Hosted and Produced by Abdullah Al Maawali. Find on Instagram and Twitter for updates. And please consider supporting us on Patreon to fuel our growth and to gain exclusive access.
I recently got called out for being "deceptive" and too ambiguous on the show. I thought that some of the criticisms were fair and understandable as to why and how I've come across that way. This is a little "check-in" episode where we visit where this show has come from how it is evolved, and where we are going blatant with transparency as to the intent and desired purpose of this show. I hope you like it--and if you DON"T then shoot me a message and I'd love to hear why you disagree with the purpose or direction of the show. I love hearing your feedback.
