It's the final week of A September of School Scares here on The Blind Rage Podcast, and guess what? We're going to the prom!!!! 1980's PROM NIGHT is essential slasher movie viewing, a juicy slice of Canucksploitation which helped further Jamie Lee Curtis' career in horror. It follows oft-trodden ground, focusing on a group of youths who are responsible for the death of one of their contemporaries, only to be stalked years later by a masked maniac out for vengeance. It may seem cliched by today's standards, especially with movies like I KNOW WHAT YOU DID LAST SUMMER ripping it off beat-for-beat, but it remains a horror staple and one of the best slashers of its era. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blindragepod/message

JUNIOR is definitely one of the strangest movies ever to be featured on The Blind Rage Podcast. While recording the commentary, Tony and me struggled to classify the genre. Exploitation is probably the best way to go. This bizarre slice of Canucksploitation follows K.C. and Jo, recent parolees who decide to start a business on a picturesque marina. Unfortunately for them, the spot they've chosen is already inhabited by Junior and his gang of hillbilly comrade's—and they aren't ready to let it go. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/blindragepod/message

Psyche! Said we were watching Beyond The 7th Door, but totally tricked you. Instead we went intimate with David DeCoteau's very personal hunk-meets-twink love story. You'll have to wait for Canucksploitation-puzzle weirdness. All the usual segments are shoved in here. James Best isn't joking about shirts either. Enjoy!
Zombie Nightmare rises from the grave to stalk Beth and Adam, who just wanted to talk about Canucksploitation, heavy metal soundtracks, voodoo, Vodou, and Adam West.

If you thought your school was hell, you haven't seen anything yet. We got challenged and we accepted! In this week's Fan Challenge we discuss and remake Canucksploitation film Class of 1984 (1982) from writer/director Mark L. Lester. This high school kids gone bad revenge flick stars Perry King, Marie Lynn Ross, Timothy Van Patton, Roddy McDowell and a very young Michael J. Fox. Invasion of the Remake and its hosts are tested and have their creativity stretched to the limits with this challenge. Will they be able to remake Class of 1984, or will they crumble? You'll have to listen to this week's episode to find out.
